Matt the assistant manager, Marcus in lumber and Gloria at the front of the house made shopping a fun and stress free endeavor as we prepare to get his Eagle project completed next Saturday. This project and the road to get here hasn’t been easy but the finish line is near. As a long time shareholder of HD and decades long customer I truly enjoyed the professionalism pride and service I received in the store.

Ralph Trujillo is an outstanding employee with a great attitude toward helping customers. He was very helpful to me.

Since Chris has become the store manager things have improved. All the employees actually act like they like their jobs. Actually I know the employees are happier since my partner and I shop at the Burbank Home Depot almost everyday. All are very helpful and friendly. The store is always neat and clean with the shelves well stocked. Plenty of parking.

all other hardware stores, walk into Burbank Home Depot and find out what your doing wrong, theyre doing everything right !

I made an online order and when I got to the Burbank HD they had to tell me that although their inventory said they had the items they couldn't be found. The staff sold me the next-higher level of the item for the same price (about half of it's retail price) Staff was terrific and put in the effort to make me happy!

If you leave in this area this is the only hardware store to shop at. Clean, neat, well stocked, friendly knowledgeable employees, well managed I would just say . . . "Simply the best"

Best Home Depot around. For that matter the best hardware store anywhere. It is always clean, neat, and well stocked. The employees are courteous and knowledgeable. Plenty of parking and help if needed to help load your vehicle.

Danielle from appliances and Matt from Kitchen Design were stars shining bright today with their attention to helping me personally and making me at ease when asking for help. Normally you walk in and the aisle assistants are so busy and burnt out that they rarely go out of their way. Today was an extreme exception and made my day. I really think that it's so rare nowadays to get this type of attention in such a big store. Way to go Danielle and Matt! Ask for them, they are truly special.

Good is Good. Your Stores have always been Good.

I came to the Burbank store this afternoon after I had experienced a delivery issue with my appliances. Danielle was very calm and helpful. She tried to solve the delivery issue, but I ended up cancelling the order. She then preceded to help with a new purchase. After I left the store, I had several questions, and she answered them in a very kind manner when I called her back. I then called Home Depot later in the evening with a concern and couldn't get through since they were busy. I called the 1800HomeDepot number and they were able to address my questions. Danielle noticed I had called the store several times, so she called me back at 9:00 PM to check on me and inquire if everything was okay with my order. I couldn't believe it - so conscientious! She definitively made me feel like a valued customer!

Impressive customer service that is patient and understanding to customer concerns. Elda and Tara were great at solving my exchange issue. It's nice to be able to shop freely knowing you can count on customer service to help make returns when parts don't fit exactly. Thank you for making my Home Depot experience excellent.

The item I was looking for was easily found upon request for assistance from an associate who was extremely helpful and generous with his time. During this visit I think the store was less cleaner. The check out was easy and the associat4es were helpful and available.

Don't be in a hurry. After the renovation, they only are able to operate 4 of their 8 self check-out stands and the line can be 12-20 minutes long.

Our experience was great because Gabby was so helpful, professional and kind. We actually missed an entire aisle of mini refrigerators and Gabby took us their and helped my wife to actually see the refrigerator "out of the box" so she could decide if would be the one and it was not. We looked and another that for a few more dollars really made sense short term and long term. We came looking for a RCA Thompson frig and found something better in stock and more cubic We are very happy...with Gabby!

I love this store! The employees are so knowledgeable, helpful and eager to be of service.

One of the guys in the back near the granite tiles was really helpful. As well as Nova; he helped putting the tiles in the car.

Great location. Close to everything and they have a fully stocked warehouse and tons of helpful people. You need this place.

The store was clean and very organized, the staff there were very friendly and helped me find anything i needed, would highly recommend this store next time you need building equipment :).

Years of working, never had it occurred for me to fill out a review until I had worked with such a remarkable, knowledgeable, and helpful worker as the cashier Elda at the 1200 Flower St. Burbank CA. I will direct all of my other associates to her for help and guidance. I truly feel as a valued customer when it comes to working with her. You can find a Home Depot anywhere, but the workers within are what makes this one so special.
