I came in the store on 4/14 very crowded but still had good service. It was very busy still got help and could find everything.

FIRST TIME VISITING THIS STORE. VERY CLEAN, ASSOCIATES EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND SPEEDY CHECKOUT

Store manager responded quickly to another customer who fell in the garden section. He seemed kind and considerate. Associate was quick to page him.

When we frist moved here from The Colony, last year, we were rather dishartened by the customer service at the Richardson Home Depot. I am happy to say that over the last year there has been a lot of improvement! Keep it up! We will keep supporting you!

I just started painting my new home and have been to Home Depot for paint and supplies at least 6 times in the last two weeks. Good location. Well stocked and organized. Excellent garden shop but you had to sacrafice parking to expand it.

There were many more employees than I have ever seen here at this store. They all more friendly than ever. There must be a new general manager. Thank you. Carmen

Ever consider going to Home Depot for a cup of coffee? I didn't either but when I was offered one to enjoy while I shopped I accepted. Friendly service, people who seem to enjoy their work and best of all, know their products!

I could not get the Customer Service person to give me a credit for returned goods against a purchase because her register was closed, and she directed me to the cashier whom she assured me could do it. The Cashier of course could not do it, as could none of the nearby Associates.

The store is fine. The problem is the interest rate -- 25% !! Regardless of an excellent credit history, regardless of how much I have spent in Home Depot. This is worse than the worst big bank. as bad as the

Flowers and other plant bedding needs were abundant and displayed well and also a clean area to shop for gardening needs.

Home Depot is where I go for household repair and replace items and my flowers for the yard

I can find the item which I need easily. And the store is very clean.

that my dog decided to chew up one sunny afternoon. I went o the home depot and was immediately led to the dryer aisle where I found what I was looking for.

Terrible experience..which began by taking 5 minutes to even pull into the Home Depot parking lot-- given a vendor's semi-trailer blocking the front of the store in the middle of the day--and then by no flat beds available.. following which I had to wait for 15 minutes while a Nursery associate cut open a new crate of product ..the access to which was blocked by the staff's carts full of products & supplies.

I found everything I needed and was helped by an associate that was very knowledgeable.

The store associates are always extremely helpful and have helped us fix many things at our home. My husband has been so many times for plumbing questions, that the man in that department knows him by name.

Good Job, late afternoon store well staffed and available to be of assistance.
