Greg, from the lumber department, is very helpful, polite, professional. He is a hard worker and should be recognized for his work.

I have extended knowledge in 80% of your products after 17 years in plumb/elect wholesale and 25 years in HVAC but I do get helpful info from the employees the are working in their area of the store. I kind of know where to find about 90% of the items I use, the other 10% is a problem over 50% of the time. I go down an aisle or two or three. and then look for an employee to point me to the right place. I look left and right down elect/plumb/tools, about six aisles and, NOBODY! at least 50% of the time. I've seen"Pumpkin Patches" at the west registers and service desk from time to time, but nobody ever trolling the center aisle looking to help someone. IF, I'm lucky, rarely, I stop someone coming from your office area to another area, and then they page for the area employee. When I'm on the back aisle, not often, most of the time I have to go clear to the front after checking the 6 or more aisles from lumber to appliances. Service from employees 9/10. Finding the little service I need 3/10. I am probably greeted 20%of the time when I enter(nice). 5% or less of the time asked if i need help when I entering. Many may, but then I usually don't yet know I will need help. The problem comes in the 1/15 times I'm looking and can't find the item or an employee. They should be trolling and at least stopping at the end of customer occupied aisles a few seconds and going on back and forth. After being in the aisle a while the customer may now need assistance. PS, I've helped your customers if I can because we haven't seen any pumpkins for awhile.

Mill works personnel are very knowledgable and helpful. Checkout people have always been pleasant and efficient. Easy to fine what I need. Spend lots of time and money there and it is a pleasant experience.

The associates were very helpful. I had a honey dew list from my husband that required getting some plywood that I knew that i could not lift, they jumped right in to help. took my list from me and went out and filled the cart up and brought it to the register. I paid for my items and they loaded my truck up.

Cashier Martha, was friendly and proficient. The Lumbar crew helpful. The price on paint is high. Cans of spray paint, over priced. The wood quality is not the best.

In the past two years since moving to College Place, WA I have done a lot of fixing up on my home and have made the majority of my purchases at the local Home Depot. I have never been sorry, but have always been satisfied. I expect to continue to look to Home Depot for my future home and garden needs.

Cashier Araceli, was friendly, had a good attitude, very efficient. The Lumber department crew, very helpful.

The wood quality is not very good. Most of the cashiers are great. A couple need a reminder to not be rude. The lumber department crew is helpful. Majority of the employees are polite and helpful.

Knew where the stones were and took cart and loaded and purchased = no problems - in and out

Wanted to repaint my guest bath. Had my paint sample in hand & the associate offered a bit of advice on what type I needed. Quick to let me know the paint was on sale! Easy, quick service from start to finish.

I love hardware stores and Home Depot is just tops! As a child, my Dad took me to the hardware store.....I love the smell of fresh lumber and love all the different hardware. The selection of appliances and carpet and flooring are great. There is something for every project.

With a skilled and knowledgeable store associate I was able to make a carefully planned purchase with confidence that the items would work for my applications.

I was able to find what I was looking for and received associate assistance on two separate questions. My wife was with me on one trip to Home Depot - she loves to browse the store - She had a question for an associate - who I might add ask if she needed help- and was given two products to choose from her question. She did comment that she was surprised that there was a ladder left unattended in an aisle.

Being the only major home improvement store in town not much of a choice but to go there. The store is neat and clean. Customer service knowledge is lacking and volume of available associates to help customers are always a challenge. It is an okay store but not as great as some other home depots that I have been in. I wouldn't go to this store if there was another option out there we do sometime travel to Tri- Cities for different home depot store especially if we are buying large loads where we need help loading it is worth the 50 minute drive for the enhanced customer service .

Product placing confusing, needed help just to understand codes

My return check out was quick and the associate very helpful and knowledgeable in the return process.

Everything we went for was found with a little help from the associates, very knowledgeable. A little hassle when went to check out, two associates were talking in the aisle we were in and were very slow to move out of the way. They were talking engines and cars I guess, looking at one of their cell phones. one was the checker. All in all it was a good experience other than that.

The store associates were extremely helpful! First associate called the second one to double check the location of the item I was looking for; and while on the go, the second associate was already in the isle with a product in hands. He showed us the availability of other products as well as prices!

I had an extremely complex paint issue having to match a Venetian plaster repair. Bev, the associate was extremely tenacious and would not stop until the issue was resolved, and the match was PERFECT. Thank you Home Depot, and thanks Bev!!
