great store, you get lost in the store because they have every thing in there,except most of the time there is no one to help you. I caught my self going to lowe's ,I would not go back because home depot is better.

My store is getting better progressively. Somehow it was not to good a few months ago We could not find good associated and their were not costumer service oriented. Now it has changed for the best My sales persons outstanding very qualified and my cashier extremely oriented to costumer service. I remember CAROL ANN MOODY on Appliances and VIELKA CASHIER-VCF0603. THOSE TWO ARE VERY STRONG ASSETS FOR THE HOME DEPOT COMAPANY.

The associate (Ed Kowallis) was very professional and kind. He help me with all my questions. Associates like Ed is the reason I shop at the Homedepot.

All the employees just walk around not very helpful. Kept saying that they did not work in the dept. Great materials but poor customer service.

I am very disappoint with Home Depot rental tools dept. Store associates were rude and totally unwilling to help or offer a minimum effort to communicate any kind of information. Over charged my credit card for which I had to dispute the amount charged. Please be careful and check your credit card statement. They should give you back within a reasonable amount of time the money they charged at the moment of the rent as a deposit. Unfortunately this often does not happen and they keep the difference.

Went to purchase appliances and pallets of patio bricks. AWESOME people there! They have that 'get up and go' attitude! They know where everything is! and they know everyone that works there.....who SHOULD know where everything is! Fantastic experience! Went back to Cutler Ridge........forget my local places. People don't want to work, or invest in their positions.

The two Home Depot Stores in my are are wonderful places to get things for fixing or inproving our home. I have spent thousands there and our Home shows how great the products and service are at Home Depot. Thanks for all the help and good products at great prices .

I went in to purchase paint and I have to say the associates were very friendly. The one that helped me was a female, I do not remember her name, but was very attentive and delivered the product in a fast and efficient manner!

THE ASSOCIATES WAS VERY HELPFUL, THE PRICE OF WASHER AND DRYER WAS DECENT THE REASON FOR 4 STARS INSTEAD OF 5 WAS BECAUSE THE PRODUCT WASNT AVAILABLE FOR ME TO TAKE HOME ONLY DELIVERY AT THE EARLEST DELIVERY DATE DATE OF 4 DAYS AFTER PURCHASE... OTHER THAN THAT I LOVE HOME DEPOT

Every home depot I've been to has been just that, everything you need for your home or work in one spot. What sets this one apart to me is the friendliness and availability of the staff. Great job, keep it up. But work on the pricing for the power tools guys.... Yeesh!

The store has consistency through all the stores where the item are located and, also a great variety of products, stock, clean and great signage on the different departments.

I find everything i'm looking for when I need it and promptly.

I can remember the name of our cashier Christina, without even looking at our receipt. We went this morning looking for a small grill, we ended up getting a super cool fire pit, the most amazing Christmas tree, a new door handle.. And enough inspiration to start our first patio project for our new home (we got the paver too!)... Christina was the most attentive and nicest associate I have ever encountered, everything went quick and smooth. Me and my family had great time at our local Home Depot and I couldn't believed it happened on a super busy day like Black Friday!

Mindalia and crew were awesome. She really helped me to find the best drill set within my price range. she was friendly and assertive and even spoke to a cashier to be help us get checked out. Even with all the hustle and bustle in the store on Black Friday their customer service was not compromised. very impressed.
