Ive gone through Home Depot in Hialeah, Flagler, etc and usually you can't find a certain trim/molding or Pressure-treated wood of 1x3 is mostly difficult to find but at the Deerwood location we have never had an issue getting things in stock.

I had the pleasure to meet Clyde and Josh in the plumbing department today. The both helped me to find some specific items for my outdoor kitchen. Clyde was so knowledgeable and professional and in a matter of minutes found what I needed after having a short conversation with our plumber. Thanks for your help guys, you truly made a difference!!

I been shopping in Homedepot for years expending a lot of money I never had the experience I had today the worse and si embarrassing, the cashier next to my cashier who take care me was so disrespectful with me and he embarrassed me in front of everyone make feel like my business with you is nothing and the manager or supervisor was there and saw how he disrespectful he was never did anything I have to request another manager.

I know that is rare that one equates Home Depot with great customer service but I think they are coming around. I met one person today, whose name I will keep to myself if not he will get inundated with request, who was excellent. Saved me money and new what he was talking about.

Yard material. Adamari was very negative and said that customer complains won't change a thing. Said supervisors don't care

Plz take care of the employees at service and great management

I have never had such a bad experience with a cashier at Home Depot, Michael, wasn’t at his register, he came in after I got there, and started scanning items without greeting me and then after he was done, he pushed my cart out of the way and didn’t say anything

THIS HOME DEPOT HAS GREAT PARKING AND IS ALWAYS CLEAN CONSIDERING WHAT IT DEALS WITH. THE STAFF HAS ALWAYS BEEN HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY TO ME AND I AM IN AND OUT OF THERE QUICKLY

Every store personnel were all very helpful in directing me to the correct sectors of store based on inquiries. The gentleman in the Paint Dept. answered the number of question about products and the location of selections. The cashier-Tania, was very cordial and helpful in my check-out process paying with a check.

Easy to find products friendly and helpful staff, easy to talk to and professional at all times. available for assistance if you needed it. store and bathroom was clean.

Good afternoon Home Depot. Purchase date 5/4/2021 at 1:21 PM Deerwood store 6976 00013 16900 Cashier name Anabel I walked in the store and the store had 2 individuals at the entrance sitting on chairs. I walked in the store without a mask and the 2 individuals started running after me and screaming that I was not wearing a mark. I replied to them that the Emergency Miami-Dade County order was over as the governor had signed an executive order. They both scream to the customer service area that I was not wearing a mask, I kept walking. At the same time someone screams from customer service that I needed to wear a mask and for someone to call a manager. This is private property and you must wear a mask or leave. I kept walking found what I needed and proceeded to the check out at the garden department. I waited in line till my turn to pay. Anabel told me that I needed a mask and I replied that I did not have one. I told her that I just wanted to pay for the caulking and get out of the store. She threatens me as follow: “If you do not wear a mask, I will not ring you up and she stood there.” Mind you we are at the garden center; she is wearing a mask and she is behind a Plexiglass wall. Who is she to threaten as a customer? My friend that was with me removed his mask gave it to me and walked out. Not till I placed my friends mask on she would not ring me up. So, I had to put on someone else’s mask full of germs in order for her to ring me up. She never offered me a mask, called a manager or offer for my friend to pay who was wearing a mask. Why does she have this militant Nasty attitude in regards to a mask? I waited till the transaction was approved removed my friends mask took my invoice and caulking, told Anabel that she was an idiot and walked way. You can review your security footage and you will be able to see what took place. I have shopped in other Florida Counties and people are not wearing a mask and others are and there is no issue at all. People walk around the store with and without a mask and there are no issues or harassment from a Home Depot employee. I also shopped in your stores in Georgia just a few weeks ago and the same scenario some people with mask and other without mask and no issues at all. WHY ARE YOU HARASSING YOUR CUSTOMERS IN MIAMI-DADE COUNTY when you do not do it in other counties in Florida or other states, specially that the Miami-Dade County emergency order is no longer in effect due to the executive order signed by the Governor?

Nothing exciting to share but I am glad I have a HD store near me. I know it is very hard to find good employees and you have some of them.

Take the phones away from the employees while they are on the floor! The Cashier in the Garden Center - Liliana - was so interested in scrolling through her phone, that I actually stood there, holding my cash out for her, for 37 seconds before she stopped and finished our transaction. Meanwhile there are 7 other customers in line behind me, just waiting to check out. When I said that there must be something super important on her phone, she looked at me like I was being rude!

I would like to recommend this store to other customers, the place is nice, clean and well stocked. Your employees are very friendly and helped me find the right product. For example, Juan Rodriguez in the hardware department was very kind to me, he helped me find the product I was looking for. Maritza, a service desk employee who helped me with an online purchase, was also very kind and helped me a lot.

The best shopping experience I have ever had!! It was the best because of an associate named Balgobin. Typically associates barely help the customer. Not Balgobin, he asked me what my project was, made suggestions for improvements to my project, suggested tools that would help me, helped me start my project right in the store. He went and got me everything I needed. I usually have to make 4 trips to the store but not today thanks to Balgobin. I would shop every day at Home Depot with his help. Amazing customer experience today thanks to this guy!!
