Please don't hesitate to ask for help to anyone in the floor because they all are knowledgeable and accommodating. If you need help in flooring and windows, ANDREA is the master! She'll assist and guide you in everything. If you need help in management ROSENDO AND FRANCISCO are always there to help and go beyond your expectations. OSCAR, he's there in keys or If you have questions he's always there to help. Now, If you find JOE, he'll never put you down he'll answer all your questions about Home Depot. This store is very nice and big.

Store is excellent. I shop there very often and service etc is top class all the time. the staff knowledgeable and courteous.

Store clean and well stocked; garden area clean and spacious, however finding an employee and one that knows his stuff is a mission. Most employees are courteous but not much knowledge of what they sell or what it does. Also pricing should be more detailed and less confusing e.g. old prices should be removed and brands and sizes should be indicated to avoid wasting time going back and forth to get the product and show the sign to the cashier.

Tool rental at this store are excellent

The best Home Depot I've been to in South Florida. Maybe because it's closest to my house, but it just seems like I get more help there than anyplace else.

Overall the store was clean and the staff knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. The plant area needs a little more organization. An aisle or two were blocked due to employee stocking or other type of maintainance. Otherwise, my visit was seamless.

Great store. I found everything I needed plus it has the tools I needed to rent to do my work.

This is the store I go to buy what i need such as parts and tools, ac filters etc, and I have been taking my kids to the Saturday activities to have fun and build various projects, also the employees are very attentive and helpful, in various occasions I have received very great help from them, i think that the cleanliness of the store need some improvement, and outside the store there should be more signs to protect the pedestrians because many drivers speed often in the parking lot, its my sincere opinion, thank you very much.

I called several stores looking for the $1 black Friday poinsettias, to no avail. I spoke to Frankie(over the phone) in the Garden Dept. He informed me that his store sold out within 1 hour of opening. But he also informed me that there was $2.98 poinsettias and larger sizes. After visiting 3 Home Depots and calling 6 stores, Frankie was the first to mention the $3 plants. Unfortunately, Frankie store was sold out of the $3 plants too, but he gave me the sku so I could check other stores. But about 5mins later, Frankie somehow managed to call me back. He let me know he was walking past another department and he had found an large pallet of the $3 plants. He kindly asked me how many I wanted, allowed me to request as many as I wanted and told me he would have them ready and waiting for me at customer service desk whenever I came in. Frankie's efforts in making sure I got the plant I wanted went above and beyond his responsibilities as an employee. His dedication and actions truly defined excellent customer service!!

Great lawn & garden department not so much on electrical or tools. took forever to get a key cut, had to ask cashier several times to page somebody to the department; same thing happen in electrical department. Overall great selection and lots of merchandise in stock that makes it convenient for somebody that knows what they are looking for otherwise be patient and eventually somebody with a little knowledge might come by and assist you. FAB

Wonderful Store to shop the employees are very knowledgable of there department layout of the store, I catching items out in view to keep you in the season of purchasing thing for your home. the Labeling of the store easy to follow. I Need a key made the associate was very polite with nice conversation Another Associate remembered me from previous visits helping me with my purchase of blinds very willing to help me today in finding screws for my sliding door.(Awesome)

I have been shopping at this particular Home Depot for almost four years. Without fail the employees there have been happy to help me find what I need or answer questions I might have. I don't like to waste time...and I don't want to waste their time either. But sometimes with such a big store it's hard to find what you want quickly enough. That is not a complaint. They have everything! And it's cool when you ask an employee where something is and they almost always know exactly what aisle it can be found. If they don't, they will take you to someone who does. Customer service in South Florida is pretty much nonexistent. That's why this Home Depot is one of the rare places worth shopping at. I dislike having to go to two or three stores to find what I need. Home Depot has it all in one spot! I save time and gas money too! It's why I keep coming back to them for my home improvement project needs!
