Employees were extremely helpful and helped measuring to make sure it fit in car.

Their promotion on Scott’s fertilizer was not a bad deal but they refused to honor their advertised price. The price clearly said it was reduced from 50 to 40 but they would not honor this in combination with the promo they were running.

Our local Hone Depot is always clean, well-stocked and filled with friendly, helpful personnel.

Put some regular shopping carts down by lawn and garden-help the old people enjoy their visit.

Was in this past weekend and couldn't find what we were looking for. Asked an gentleman that was working in the plumbing department if you could help. He was great. Helped us find the items and also offered some tips and trick.

I’ve had an opportunity to speak to some of the Bell nursery people there that are managing the plants, etc. I’m not sure what the lady’s name was, but she was a regional manager. I was interested in a very specific Japanese Laurel bush that I purchased there a year ago. She said she was going to keep a lookout for them and make sure that they were put in stock there at some point when they were ready to come from the nursery to your store. I was delightfully surprised when I saw them a couple of weeks after speaking with her and I purchased three of those specific plants I would consider that above and beyond service and she’s a great ambassador representing Home Depot‘s culture. In regards to other shopping needs that I have both commercially and for my own personal need's, your eyes have exactly what I need and I appreciate your great customer service and care you have for each person individually there. Again, thank you so much for everything you do for the community and providing great service.

The store is always clean, organized and employees always helpful, always asking if you need help finding or ordering materials. Management is first class, never had an issue with scheduling and ordering products, if something comes damaged they have it reordered and shipping to the job site with no delays of the schedule, Thanks Pam !

I usually shop in this store like it’s a fashion store. In every isle. Clean and helpful staff Love the pick up curbside. Also it’s time to get more mulch. Convenient close to my home

The staff and managers Hidi help me reorder my deck materials, the order was changed due design and the original order had to be canceled and reorder and new delivery set up, thanks again for to the entire staff getting my order placed and delivered on quick response time.

I ordered 2 heating elements and the wrench for them to repair a Rheem Hot Water heater. The delivery was set to be completed in a week. They broke up the package into 2 orders and delivered the heating elements first and then 5 days later the wrench and made it so I had to go to the store twice. Both times the QR code they sent me didn't work and I needed to wait for an associate to help me and open the lockers. Overall it was a huge headache and a waste of time and gas.

Although HD Carrie’s most I want I need, they should not sell knock-off CSST for homeowners to purchase. The current 2021 IFGC does not allow the installation of non-arc fault jacketed CSST. It’s just a madder of time

From the moment we entered until we left you felt welcomed and appreciated as a customer. We shopped and used customer pickup and everyone we encountered was helpful and kind. I would recommend shopping at this location

Every time I go into this HD employees work hard to make the experience helpful

I always receive great service and help when loading heavier products. The employees are friendly and do not like you are putting them out when you ask for help. I love this store. Their is a Home Depot closer, but I like the service at this one better

Workers here seem to be genuinely happy and willing to help. I enjoy coming to this store. We have gotten everything from flowers to paint to landscaping supplies. The workers are polite and helpful.

The crews here from floor staff, cashiers and specially customer service do a superb job. Always willing and ready to help. They genuinely enjoy working here, items are easy to find and the staff cleans the store and grounds clean

I have gone to Home Depot for many things and many projects. Their staff is so helpful. We have had projects contracted through Home Depot and have not had a bad experience in the 16 years we have lived in the area. In many ways, it feels like going into the small town hardware store. I will continue to use them.

One cashier was terrific, friendly, helpful and quick. Two others stood around talking and watching the lines get longer before they bothered to activate their register and accept customers. Too many employees standing around watching but not offering help

I was looking for some specific products and Jared was great at finding and explaining the use of lawn care products. I used gift cards for my purchases. I didn't realize 2 gift cards were stuck together. Stephaie realized it and instead of owing money for my purchases, I have credit on a gift card. I appreciate her honesty. These team members are perfect examples of great customer service.

Thank you to Sam, Ken and Zach for great customer service on a busy Saturday during a big mulch sale. 45 bags were loaded from two trips and the purchase and loading was friendly and seamless. The store had plenty of friendly help and well stocked. I will be back!

They are always so knowledgeable about the plants and give me lots of information about the species and care of the plants

I went to this store for a straight month due to a job site near by. Staff were incredible friendly and helpful.
