I bought Kitchen Cabinets 2 different times now and I'm very happy with them. They are the ones that are on the shelf ready to go.

The store is usually well stocked, the people I speak with are most always helpful and the store is clean and well organized.

HD in Eldersburg has a much larger selection of items that I buy. The nursery department is always arranged perfectly with seasonal items.

Joyce Mabe is great sales specialist. She made sure her customer leave the store happy after purchase. No rush, she has lots of patient with customer service. Thank you so much. That made us wanting to keep visiting your store.

Customer service is sub. Customer service reps are not trained nor do they fully understand products they sell or service. They partner with Raheem but don't understand their warranty process. This is important because if you didn't know you need to return those pieces of equipment to home depot to get you money back (under warranty). Also they do partner with questionable service providers (such as plumbing) that try to over charger you. In this case trying to charger me 800 dollars to install an under warranty water heater. Which is the cost of the water heater. I understand trades are skills that deserved to get paid, but 800 dollars for 1-2 hours of work is insane.

I bought moving boxes, bubble wrap, packaging tape, a plant and a cold soda. Everything I bought there was plenty in stock.

I couldn't find lids for the storage containers I had selected. An employee did a search of overhead storage and located the lids and then went out of her way to find someone to retrieve them from the overhead storage. This service is why I shop at Home Depot.

The Eldersburg store employees are usually very helpful and friendly. They make shopping very easy for me. The store is usually organized and neat. They usually go out of their way to assist you!

Love this store. Friendly staff. Purchased alot of garden mulch etc. Ben my cashier loaded this into my car. That was great. Staff is always willing to find things for me. Amazing how as large as store is they know where everything is.

Customer service is always awesome her at the Home Depot in Eldersburg! Everyone is so kind & helpful especially today John Plaster was very helpful and provided us excellent customer service!! He went above & beyond to assist me! He's a great hire!! You need to hire more people like him. He made our shopping experience very helpful especially on the weekend. Thanks

Fantastic experience. Everyone that we dealt with was professional, polite, and helpful. A special shout out to Cameron in the paint department who spent a great deal of time with us solving our problem... obtaining the exact match for a color last produced decades ago. He is an exemplar of what a good employee should be both in his professionalism and concern.

The store was very understaffed due to the pandemic. Although the staffer was friendly, he was the only one working the appliance section on a very busy day. I was there to purchase a washer and dryer, and mentioned the products I wanted a number of times. He processed our order while answering the phone a few times, and after completion of the purchase I reviewed the invoice by myself as he had left to help other customers. Unfortunately, I missed the fact that he had ordered a regular pedestal and not the washer pedestal I had wanted. I was very disappointed upon my delivery day the following week to find out the incorrect item was ordered and was told by the delivery personnel that I would have to refuse the delivery if I wanted the washer base and have it installed. Very frustrating.

Unfortunately, the delivery and installation contractor Eldersburg Store uses for appliances is inept. The Home Depot staff itself were good. We were warned that the delivery company would have any and every excuse not to install my dishwasher (didn't get the warm-fuzzies from the beginning) and sure enough delivery date comes and upon arrival the excuses came rolling out. This dishwasher is the same exact size as the one being replaced. It 100% could have been installed-no issues. The delivery company was just too lazy and could have cared less. After speaking with the Store manager, they've had a lot of issues with this delivery company. Whoever made the decision to use this bunch may want to know that I'll never buy another appliance from Home Depot and will pass the word on. I can't imagine how many other customers feel the same. BAD BUSINESS!!!

The appliances department employees were very helpful. We bought a refrigerator and a dishwasher with a very good deal. Thanks.

Definitely a better store compared to the Ellicott City and Columbia stores, associates usually more willing to assist, but cross training in departments is needed.

Don't count on your appliance being delivered on time! The delivery company was supposed to email with a check list for the installation of a gas range. Didn't happen. Then on the day of supposed delivery I HAD TO CALL only to be told that the delivery company didn't have my email and the company would have to email me the check list and then 48 hours after I complete the check list and send pictures back would they be able to schedule a delivery. I GIVE THEIR DELIVERY COMPANY A ZERO RATING!

Home Depot is a clean store with 100% rating on $ 3,000 appliances. The salespeople are always ready to help you find what you need. The cashiers are always cheerful and ready to ring up your items.

Of all the Home Depot stores that I visit this is THE Best Well stocked, friendly staff and always helpful

I used to dislike HD and began going else where, however lately there have been some very pleasant employees, with whom I have been blessed to encounter.

We went in to purchase a John Deere riding mower. The store had one on display. Our salesperson, Wayne, went out of his way to help us with the purchase and answer all of our questions. He arranged delivery and called the Home Depot Credit Department about interest free financing. Wayne is the kind of employee that cares about his job and his customers!

I went to Home Depot with a list for outside projects. One was for hardware to install my hammock. Gentleman helped with everything I needed. Made sure I had stainless hardware being it was for outside. I would not have known any different.

Recommend just fine as long as you are not trying to curbside pickup. Both attempts have failed and although it is a great concept, they cannot properly fulfill the orders. Go inside and shop.

Home Depot is one of the few retailers in the Eldersburg area where I don't mind getting lost. Usually there are things of interest around the store so that I don't mind wandering around. And when I am ready to find what I need, there are sales associates that almost always know where whatever it is I want can be found.

I had to return a leaf blower due to missing parts. The Westminster, Md store would not accept the blower. My receipt clearly indicated it was still under a 365 day warranty but the sales representative and the manager insisted it was only a 90 day warranty. Not the time to argue during a pandemic. I came home and made a call to the 800 #. I explained the situation and they verified my information was correct. I was sent to the Eldersburg, Md store. I returned the original blower and got a new blower with all the parts at the same purchase price, a $20 difference. I tip my mask to Pam at the customer service at the Eldersburg, Maryland store for being very polite and professional and saving me a lot of aggravation!
