The store employees are very friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make eye-contact with you and smile, while asking if you need anything. For me, communication is everything and this store makes it clear that they want their associates to be the best for the customers.

I find this store to be very clean and organized. I can find what I'm looking for and even some extra things. The associates are always friendly and helpful. Even though my zip code is 21117, the Sykesville store is my "go to" because it's closer to me.

Super friendly associates and generally never crowded but they also have a limited variety. If you need propane do not bother coming to this store! They have an automated system that never works! its a few $ cheaper so i keep trying but after today I give up. Its just awful! You have to go inside to pay because its broken and has been, then when you come out the touch screen half works, its super loud, then you'll need to go back in and get an associate because it doesn't work anyway. If you've got time to kill and patience buy propane here, otherwise go elsewhere!

Normally, very, very good customer service. Good supply of wood products, garden products, and paint. This is one of the smaller Home Depots so their displays of fans, doors, windows, rugs, etc. are limited compared to Home Depots that are larger. I've had mixed results with their door installation contractors. One shortcoming: they do not offer tool rentals. On the plus side: they do offer truck rentals.

The store is very clean and accessible to all shopping aisles. The employees were very knowledgeable and courteous to deal with, not only in general, but in my purchasing process.

Fantastic and easy visit to the store for a new Christmas tree. When the one we wanted wasn't on the shelf, a worker went and found us one and made sure we left happy! Store was clean and neat and every worker was polite and helpful. Would HIGHLY recommend this store to people who need home improvement items.

My husband and I shop at this Home Depot on a regular basis and normally find everything we are looking for. The employees are helpful and the store is kept clean and stocked.

Home Depot is consistently helpful. Employees go above and beyond. The not only tell you what isle your item can be found, they take you there, if at all possible. The knowledge of employees always surprises me, no once have I have gone in with a question and not received the correct answer. Employees greet you and are genuinely happy.
