I have always found the Home Depot to be dependable and the customer service helpful. Products are usually easy to locate and, if not, I can always get assistance if I am patient. The store is clean and the associates are nice and helpful.

Staff are always friendly and eager and ready to help. This is a great place to shop!

Kathy in paint was absolutely phenomenal. She listened well and provided tailored advice to my specific needs. She helped me learn things about matching paint colors I never knew before. Even after multiple trips back and forth, she was patient and fun. She has a caring and warm personality and made the whole experience not only easier, but a truly enjoyable one. Kathy stayed late past 10p until we found the right solution and even helped me lift the paint into my trunk. Keep up the great work, Kathy!

Store neat and clean but needs more parking

Helpful associates in every department! Recent purchases include washer/dryer, garden supplies, and screen door. Wonderful selection throughout store and knowledgable associates. Excellent customer service! For me, it's the Nordstrom of all hardware stores!

I'd give this store a ten out of ten with ten being excellent and a one being poor ,so this store is a 10 Star.

We went to Home Depot in Encinitas, CA in search of a new refrigerator. The sales representative, Ken in Appliance, is the epitome of what an individual representing a company should be. Ken answered all of our questions and was very knowledgeable about all of the different manufacturers and models. Ken provided written material for us for the refrigerators we were interested in so that we could compare as we made our decision and when we did decide on a model, he went over the warranty and extended warranty available, which we did end up purchasing. He also went over a checklist of Home Depot's Customer Delivery Success and Basic Deliver and Additional Preparation in detail and when we left Home Depot, we knew we had made the right decision to buy from them. We had initially purchased a refrigerator at another store in the area (not Home Depot) and ended up having to ask for our money back after a half dozen delivery delays/rescheduling, and a month after the refrigerator was promised to us, the day our refrigerator was delivered, it was damaged on the side and the back of the refrigerator. When we called to speak to the manager about our experience, she did not even apologize or ask what she could do to help remedy the situation. We asked for a refund. The stark difference between that experience was like night and day. The sales representative at this store did not provide us with any written information on the appliance, delivery, or warranty. We left the store with a receipt from the cash register and nothing more. We will not be doing business with them again and are so grateful we happened upon Ken at Home Depot to help us find a refrigerator! He was just awesome. Thank you, Ken!

For many years we have been going to this store, and every time the employees are so helpful and nice.

Our Cashier Annie was awesome, she was so helpful and kind to my family. She knew where everything was in the store and was very eager to help out. It was clear that she enjoyed her job, what a refreshing experience when you encounter such pleasant people at work. She even bought lollipops and pencils for my 5 year old twins. Great job! Thank you.

This Home Depot store is awesome. The aisles identify the items clearly and if I have any doubt , I ask a store person an I get a answer. I love the service.....John Hall.

I find what I need. The people are always friendly and helpful. The store is clean. AND I love seeing doggies on leashes and in shopping carts allowed in. Creates such a warm, friendly, relaxed feeling.

I frequently shop at the Encinitas store and generally have no complaints, however I was very disappointed to find that they had recently rearranged the outside flower area. Where they previously had the area set up into several easy-to-get-to sections, they now have a few very long rows with narrow isles, making it tedious to get from one place to another, not to mention getting around other customers with carts. Now you have to go all the way to one end, or the other, and back up the other side. I hope they change it back!

I was looking for a beach. The associate showed me what was available in the store on-line and let me chose and then he escorted me directly to the chair I wanted. Every associate I encountered in the store had a smile on his/her face and was supper friendly! I love going to The Home Depot!

I shop here regularly and for the most part I am usually happy. But today Allysa and Derek in the painting department made my experience not enjoyable! In no way is a paying customer a inconvenience to them but should be a priority! They should also refrain from talking about customers to other employees, especially when its about not not feeling like helping them.Many other places to shop where appreciated!

Salesperson was very helpful in locating a marked down item, which was just one left, at another store in Sn Marcos. We were able to get the 2 we needed at the markdown price!

Encinitas Branch has been best in customer service &products always in stock for over 20yrs ive been going there. If gotten discounts on flooring, carpet &appliances.

The Encinitas Home Depot store is an excellent place to shop for home projects. Excellent employees who are very helpful!
