THE STORE IS WELL ORGANIZED AND VERY CLEAN AND NEAT

This location is where i try to buy all my materials because of the excellent staff.

Very pleased with the knowledge and experience of the kitchen and bath department...Susan and Joann went out of their way to be sure my kitchen/bath renovation was completed in a professional and timely manner. They were on top of every issue during the renovation. Good Value!

MONICA J WAS A GREAT HIRE TO THE STORE SHE IS A PEOPLE PERSON, FRIENDLY, NICE AND A ALL AROUND PLEASURE SHE IS WILLING TO HELP WHEN NEEDED ANS IS ALWAYS SMILING SHE IS CURRENTLY A CASHIER BUT I THINK HER PASSION IS PLUMBING SHE IS SO HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. MY WIFE AND I CAN IN FOR AUGER AND SOME DRAIN CLEANER AND SHE QUICKLY LET US KNOW WHAT DIRECTION WE SHOULD GO IN AND HOW TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY. THAT WAS IN DEC AND WE HAVENT HAD THE TROUBLE SINCE. KUDOS TO MONICA J AND THE HOME DEPOT ENCINITAS!!

Fast, easy and accurate service. Welcomed promptly as the pick up desk, used my cell phone to identify me and my purchase, product was readily available and was correct.

The returns computer decided to take exception to a portion of my return, but with the helpfulness of the staff there, we were able to get it sorted out! Thanks Monica and Chad!

We were lucky to have a very nice cashier Cindy, and a very helpful lighting sales associate, VIc. Both worked well together to take care of our bath lighting needs

Cashiers and self check out help were extremely friendly and helpful. Usually once I find an associate in a department (which sometimes is very difficult and sometime not) they are quite knowledgeable and try very hard to help. Some are outstanding. I also appreciate the fact the Home Depot hires people with disabilities.. Good for you!

Every employee I came in contact with was helpful, asked if I ended help. My husband even took a picture of himself with one of the helpful employees, he was so Impressed with the gals knowledge. We love the help we get at our Home Depot.

The girls at the contractor check-out are very good at what they do and are a pleasure to work with and see on a daily basis as are the people at pro services namely Dave Wells!

Store employee very friendly and helpful, though sometimes not always around, however if you ask they sent someone. For a big chain store employees here are, for the most part, awesome considering working with the (rich) general public here is not always easy.

I appreciated the graciousness, tenacity and teamwork of the Encinitas Home Depot Employees. I was referred to the service department when the bar code on my Coin Star voucher was determined to be unreadable. I knew I had already used the $200 voucher twice. Apparently, the ink rubbed off in my wallet. I was impatient, discouraged, embarrassed and ready to throw the faded voucher away. However, Erika had other ideas. She enlisted the advice of other service people and even made a call to management for ideas. Eventually, the team found a phone number for Coin Star. Additionally, they decoded a transaction number and a date from the faded voucher. I was surprised when Erika made the call to Coin Star and was even more surprised when a human answered! Minutes later, I had the missing number and access to the remaining $52. You're the Best!

They discontinued the cloth soaker hoses for those crappier rubber ones. The assistance provided by the associates is the only reason I plan on going back

Went to this store for palm trees. Definitely best selection and quality of trees in any Home Depot I've been to. Store associate Ralph was a tremendous help when we needed help loading trees into vehicle. Will be back

The employee who helped me was very personable and helpful. Went out of his way to try to help me find a product. I was pleasantly surprised at the exceptional customer service.

We always find everything we need in the store or someone will help very readily. Only thing that bothers us with Home Depot is the inability to purchase certain items online and have them delivered. We have on a couple occasions had to go to a non- local store to pick up something. Seems like they should at least be able to transfer to our local store.

Ordering on line and picking it up later is a breeze! Super fast and even got help loading it into my car!

I really enjoy shopping at this HD. There always seems to be someone available to assist and in many case they will approach me and ask if they can help. The store is well laid out and am always able to find my way around. Check out is also very easy.

I bought a washer HE with an agitator. I researched this purchase for two months. I am happy with my purchase including the sale $.

Tremendous assistance from young gentleman in the lighting dept. Very knowledgable, courteous and pleasant. A real keeper. Look for the associate with the small streak of white hair above his brow. Next regional manager!

I was in "Aw" with my overall experience with their customer service!! An associate was available and helpful at every turn! If you haven't frequented because of their "lack" of service, please give them another try. You'll be amazed in the "new" transformation!! Good job!
