There was a greeter as soom as you walked in to offer his services to you. Everyone was so helpful.

The store was extremely clean and the restrooms were well-stocked and clean. There was a huge selection of all types of hardware and equipment. The sales associates were knowledgeable and friendly, and we were through the check-out line in minutes. It was a pleasure to shop at this store.

I did not need any help. However, the employees were friendly and smiled and said hello as you passed them in the store.

There is not a store to shop better than Home Depot !! I am so happy that this store is 3 Blocks from our House and I shop there at least 4 times a week, But I have been signing in to win the 5,000 sweepstakes and have yet to Win a Dime !! I hope to God, that one day soon I would wi n it !!

The store is well stocked with the item needed; we are always greeted as we enter the store. The associates are well trained in customer services; even the new ones as we noted this past weekend. The overall appearance and cleanness of the store is quite inviting; the patio area is becoming my favorite place as it has everything that I need to beautify my house and patio area.

I normally deal with Lowe's with all my home needs. After a couple of online visits I decided to visit the store on my own. I say my own because other times I have gone, it was usually with a friend. I found that Home Depot had a broader range or scope of things that I was interested in and reasonable. While at the store, purchased a screen door and a hood range. The installer for the screen door came out later that week. What I really liked about the gentlemen is that he was a perfectionist. He said, when he does his job he likes to be please with his work. I can honestly say that I was please with the installation of my door as well. Overall, great atmosphere and friendly service. Will definitely visit again and refer others as well. Sincerely,

I went to this store to purchase some lumber for a stair rails. I quickly was approached by an employee for assistance. I was very pleased with the price and availability of the lumber.

I purchased 5 kwikset lock-sets with smart key feature. The sales associate helped re-key all the locks and cut extra keys. I was able to check the keys and locks to make sure everything worked before leaving the store. Great service!

Came in to find Blinds. Our associate was very helpful and had a great attitude. He knew exactly how to measure and cut the blinds. Great personal service. He's the guy to go to for blinds. Keep hiring associates like him.

My husband and I were looking for a new washer, but not sure what we really wanted. The sales associate took her time with us and gave us information on all the products we were looking at. We feel we made an informed decision and are very happy with our purchase.

I'm posting a day-in-the-life kind of visit review -- nothing exciting, just a typical day where the associates seem to be helpful and knowledgable about the store's products and location. I managed to find a Made-in-the-USA product at Home Depot. without a Prop 65 Warning and at a reasonable price; can't say I'd be able to find the same at the big blue box store down the road. I'm very satisfied with Home Depot staff and product quality! The electronic receipts sent to me (I have a long email address and was a little annoyed at first with having to set that up on their tiny screens) have grown on me, and am now liking that option at checkout.

Once in a while I still compare Home Depot to the "blue" guys up the road. Dont know why I bother, Home Depot always has the lower price, if not out-right steals with their HDX brand.

I purchased a refrigerator today. The associate assisted in retrieving the product from the shelf and discussed the extended warranty. When checking out the cashier was very friendly and again reminded me of the warranty. Today's purchase was made easy by friendly people who performed their job in a very professional manner.

I had rotator cuff surgery and my boyfriend was on crutches. Tommy in lumber not only went and got my boyfriend a cart to ride but he also put the cement and lumber in our truck. He was very friendly and most helpful. You need more associates like him.
