Great location and convenience in shopping for an emergency in the Holiday Season.

most of your employees come across as -you the customer are bothering them. They come across as they would much rather be someplace else.

While shopping and looking for helpmwith nybson employees were fathered in group using foul language and were not helpful . Once said he was on a break go to customer service

From the minute, I walked in the store, knowing exactly what I was looking at I was greeted and helped by multiple employees. I could not have asked for a better experience. I truly love this store.

Excellent customer service

I went to the paint department for a specific. Can of paint color and finish the gentleman? Behind the counter realizing, once he took the order, did not have the exact paint that I wanted. He came. It's through the store looking for me. He found me and gave me the explanation before He made a final decision

I bought it about 3 weeks ago and it is a great tool to have, paints fast and well

I purchased a pallet of stones( 56 bags) The gave me a delivery date of Friday. They showed up at 7:00 on Wednesday. Called me from outside and I told him he should've called me to let me know he was coming. I didn't prepare from the stones to be delivered in the front of my house. The driver said he couldn't go to the back where it was convenient for me. Dropped them on the sidewalk and left

No more normal cashier aisles at this location, just 2 pro-checkouts and about 6 self-checkouts. So on this day only 2 of the 6 self-checkouts were open and maybe only one attendant there. With both checkouts "stalled" with typical missing UPC tags or "sale pricing" challenges, I was stuck waiting in line with 3 other people to get started on my self checkout. Not only does this strategy kill vital entry level jobs for young workers or second income for families etc its completely inconvenient. If you insist upon cutting back workforce to save money at least make it effective and convenient for your customers that are effectively taking that checkout function off your operations overhead.

The current checkout setup at Home Depot is inconvenient, as it causes delays and congestion. To improve the customer experience and ensure faster service checkout registers should be available at every entrance for quicker and more efficient checkouts.

Angel is a prime example of a person you do not want working at a retail establishment that deals with fast pace and constant customer service as he is miserable in his work environment

The only option to checkout is self service. The registers were so slow and the employees had no idea why or any clue how to remedy. Home Depot should be embarrassed. I won’t be back.

I bougth a toilet lid and cover. The one at home was broken. My brand is not in Home depot store or online. But I found a similar size and shape one with very good quality. it fits well. It is easy to install. The Lodi store has variety of types and shapes,prices. You can find one that fits your toilet. Tip: go to a store and brought your broken one into the store so that you can compare and find a one similar, if not the same brand.

It is with Slow close, which is better than my original one. The price is ~ 34, which is good. Good quality. Easy to install.

I have relied on associates from virtually every department: cement, lumber, flooring, paint, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, etc... Each department has polite, patient, professional & very knowledgeable associates who not only guide you to the correct product for the job, but offer another level of assistance I call 'concierge service'. They explain how to use/apply/install the product correctly the first time. I have come to rely on these 'elite' associates for their ability to access the situation and offer professional grade advise. Thank You!
