It the electrical part - a used hubble was on shelf - when shown to associate she removed item. The hubbles with a plug in were in a big unmarked box - should have been put on shelf from stock box.

Vicki is the reason I shop at this particular HD. She is cheerful and helpful, either personally guiding you to the right department, or calling up and finding someone to assist you. She seems to really care that you find what you're looking for.

This is the best Home Depot in the area. Service and product availability is first rate and every associate is courteous and willing to help.

i PREVIOUSLY USE A LOCAL LOCKSMITH (BALDINO'S) AND FOUND THAT HOME DEPOT WAS CONSIDERABLY CHEAPER AND THE OVERALL PRODUCT WAS JUST AS GOOD. i NEED KEYS PERIODICALLY BECAUSE WE ALLOW 24-HOUR ACCESS TO OUR STORE FOR MAILBOX CUSTOMERS. iN THE FUTURE i WILL OBTAIN MY KEYS FROM HOME DEPOT BASED ON THE LOWER PRICE AND GOOD SERVICE. i WAS ALSO PLEASED WITH THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE ASSOCIATE. WE MOSTLY CHATTED ABOUT MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS WHICH MADE THE VISIT PLEASANT AND THE ACTUAL DELIVERY OF THE SERVICE WAS NOT IMPACTED.

I always make it a point to go to this Home Depot when I need hardware or gardening products, because it's always easy to find knowledgeable help and everyone is so pleasant and friendly! I would never go anyplace else.

Staff was very friendly and helped me check out when it was time. Store was clean and well organized so I was in and out in a quick time frame.

I made several trips and as a result, got to know the personnel in the paint department. Got a lot of great advice about sanding drywall patches and recommendation regarding what paint to use prior to applying the top coat. It took me several days and several trips, but worth it. thanks to the personnel in the paint department, my project looks top notch.

I had a list of things I needed. Quickly found them and while headed to check out snagged an end of season clearance on some chaise lounge cushions. The cashier got an associate to help load several concrete blocks I purchased into my truck. Overall it was a quick trip to pick-up some things to complete a "honey do" item that resulted in good deals and service.

I ordered a Melnor watering timer online. In about 5 days it arrived at my local HD. It turned out to be defective. I called HD to request a replacement. Given that the temperature was high and the timer was destined to water our gardens, your associate not only gave me 10% off a price that already beat all competition, but also had it shipped for next day arrival. I am very impressed with your service HD, and will continue to praise your customer satisfaction performance even if my name is not drawn as the winner of a $5000 gift card.

Store was clean, everyone was kind and more than helpful and answered all my questions about the Honda Lawn Mowers and provided information I wouldn't have thought about before making such a large purchase. We love our new mower and are extremely satisfied thanks to the wonderful help of their sales associates! We will be going back to this location to make all future purchases!
