Great place to shop, good selections, great help from salesman

I recently moved from a different location and started using this HD regularly. The staff that works her is by far the best. They have gone above and beyond my expectations and are around when you have questions. Im very impressed with the customer service from this store!:) The store was organized and clean.

The employees are eager to help and always find answers to my questions. The checkout is always speedy and the store is clean.

Everyone in that store is very knowledgeable about the products they sell and if they don’t know the answer, they will find someone who does.

Our daughter recently stopped in to browse appliances as their kitchen is being remodeled. She needed a stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator, although she was not planning to purchase just yet. She had barely entered the area, when left his chair starting his sales pitch. He was told she was just looking, she wanted to browse by herself, but evidently Carl needs a hearing aid or he is just obnoxious as he was never more than 3 feet away. In addition, whenever she began examining anything other than an LG product, Carl launched a spiel about LG being the top rated company inferring she must be an idiot for considering other brands. As she became disgusted with these pressuring tactics, leaving the department, Carl actually followed her still touting LG. Since when does Home Depot hire used car commissioned sales people rather than ones that are customer oriented as well as pleasant to deal with?

I like the friendly people in this store. The older associates especially enjoy helping find what you need and suggesting possible additional needs to complete the project.

Went to compare prices today and STEVE {dept D29} assisted me in my endeavor! I ended up saving hundreds of dollars today because of his help and suggestions.

Always helpful and have what I need. Look for Warren at the checkout isles (usually #2 isle)... he will get you out fast and easy and you will leave with a smile on your face... just a great guy!

I love shopping at this location. Each and EVERY time I need to buy something, whether it is paint, a refrigerator, or a stove, or even light bulbs, there is a store employee close by willing to assist. I find this very helpful and it makes for a pleasant visit at the store. The employees are not pushy. They are more like a friend. I feel confident in knowing that if I walk into this location looking for any item under the sun I will be assisted and educated about that product or project. This instills confidence in my willingness to tackle any home improvement. You don't have to be a plumber or electrician for most jobs around the house. You just need a store with employees that are not just trying to sell you a product, but they are trying to sell you the CORRECT product. This reduces the number of trips to the store and allows for MORE DOING!!! Did I say that I love this store? Well, I certainly do.

The person helping me was very courteous and helpful with my appliance purchase. I would recommend this Home Depot location to anyone. I've always had a great shopping experience there, not just for major appliances, but for anything that I needed for around the house.

Would just like to say that everyone was polite and helpful especially my checkout women her name is Amy never really used self checkout but she help me with great joy

Manager on duty this weekend (Paul) was very rude and demeaning toward me because a sign was misrepresented and after several minutes of debating with him and other associates agreeing with me he finally tossed the item at me and said you want good customer service take it for free and I walked out of there in tears!

This store is much nicer than the store closer to us. It is bigger and cleaner and laid out better.

This is our regular go-to Home Depot. We have purchased everything from major appliances to light bulbs. My experience on January 17 was a bit unusual, as the power was out in the whole area due to an auto accident. When I arrived in the dark parking lot there was a group of employees in the entryway holding flashlights! They told me the store was open, operating under emergency lighting. Holly attached herself to me, led me to the isle to get the supplies I needed, took me through checkout, and then walked me out to my car in the dark parking lot. It was a great and unusual kind of visit to one of my favorite stores, and gave me a good story to pass along. Thanks, Holly!

Every time I visit, everyone is friendly and most important, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Today was for new flooring, counter tops, the service was above! I don't usually post.

Been to several other Home Depot’s and none compare to this one. Employees are always helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Store is always clean and fully stocked. Never disappointed with this Home Depot in Mukwonago.
