Store was clean, I would tell everyone about how great my experience was at this store .I would continue to buy all of my products and house appliance s.the service was great and I did appreciate the service and the dedication of the employees there at that location

I've always had an easy and excellent visit to this store. Before visiting I have an idea about what I want and need. There's always somebody to assist me when I need help. I'm no expert on some of the things or projects I attempt to do but so far I've always gotten the answers from store associates that I needed Yes I would probably recommend not only this store but another one located in Zachary, Louisiana which I visit frequently also.

My primary purpose was to return an item purchased online. I thought it did not fit. Associate Roderick in that area went to computer to look at models. We viewed installation video and I realized that mine would fit after all. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful. Once we were done, he helped another customer. I used the store computer to find location of Johnson's Furniture Feed. But, not expecting it to be in paint section, walked past it. Associate (lady) in paint helped me find it. Cashier, Danielle, was a ray of sunshine, very friendly and efficient. Overall an excellent visit.

I have been to home depots in several states. This was by far my best experience. The store associates were honestly willing to help. It was refreshing to find employees who care about customer service and want to work. The items I priced were surprisingly reasonable especially for the name brand. The aisle were easy to navigate. Prices were clearly marked. The last time I visited a home depot in Georgia the experience was so bad, I said I was not going to anymore home depots. Thank You and your staff for a job well done.

I enjoy shopping at Home Depot very much. Frequently I find it hard to find an associate to help me with my questions. Other than that, I enjoy the store!

Whenever I need items for my home Homedepot is always the first place I come. I am often teased by family and friends. If they are looking for me, I can be found at homedepot.

I went into the store with some print outs of products from the website. I was lost and confused and simply overwhelmed by the size and amount of items in the store. I'm a secretary, not a contractor or anything of that nature. Fortunately, a young man offered his assistance. I showed him my print outs and he walked me item to item. He helped me compare some items I had questions about, and even helped guide me to check out. After checking out, he completed the sale by loading my car. It was so nice not to be handed off from associate to associate and to have someone help me the entire time. I expected the trip to be an hour and a half, and with his help it was just 20 minutes and I accomplished everything on my list (and a few extras for myself). Luckily, everything I needed to purchase was available at that store. I will feel much more comfortable shopping there in the future, and will recommend it to all of my friends.

I recently went to the store shopping for ceiling fans and electrical supplies. I was assisted by Mr. Robert in the Electrical Department. He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me several options to resolve my issues. I really appreciated his attention to my needs.

Simply put...They have the worst associates and customer care cashiers that I have ever seen...It took over 2 hours to get a transaction half-way done!!!
