The staff is amazing and friendly every time I walk through the doors. Each department has a person that’s knowledgeable and ready to assist. As a home flipper I appreciate their advice and tips.

Each Remodel or Flip that I do, it has Home Depot all over it. The tile choices (Scott in flooring is fantastic) to screws/ hardware (Dan is helpful and always smiling) to Millworks (Geoff is great and knowledgeable) to the Pro Desk (Lori is Fabulous) Augie at Service, Sally at checkout and Robert everywhere!

Open you shower pan, tub enclosure or anything else that has been shipped to the store. It will probably save you a trip to return a damaged item. Open it in the store before you leave!!

I came in to get some stuff and ended up checking out appliances and Tina C ended up talking with me, she was super friendly and helpful. I came back the next day and bought all of my appliances for my new house and she helped me again and was absolutely a rockstar!!! Get that lady a raise and some recognition!! She is absolutely fantastic!!

The employees here are always knowledgably and are willing to walk with me to find items. They will readily reach out to another location if they are out of something I need. I prefer to use a manned register but have noticed there is always staff available to assist with self help registers.

Customer service is always good at the Home Depot. I do not shop at the other big box store because of the lack of service.

Dishwasher miss-delivered to neighbor on a different street. Waited all day and had to call to get company to figure it out. Was sent through Rob-call system until multiple calls finally got answer on delivery error. I’d think Home Depot would refund delivery charge since it was delivered to wrong location and eventually was picked back up and delivered well outside of time window.

Keith Rentz is such an asset to you guys. No one cares quite like Keith.

The people at Home Depot, PNS, Davis Hwy. really make the place. The selection is great, but the people are better: they're friendly, glad the customer is there, and ready to help. Makes for a better work-flow for the customer, and they make sure you get the right thing. Saved time, and got the repair done the same half-day.

Pretty upset because they couldn't do what I was told they could do by an employee who wasn't there on this particular day. But after some "back and forth", I was able to get cooperation and everything worked out fine. Just a misunderstanding or miscommunication. But the guys I worked with made it work and thanked me for my business and helped me load my truck.

Last summer I purchased two toilets. One had a hairline crack in the tank that wasn’t noticeable until it was full of water. I had to return the toilet and get a new one, obviously! The employees that handled the transition were very rude and unprofessional.

I'm building a 12X24 foot deck out of Trex wood. Lorrie in lumber was extremely helpful in all aspects of the transaction.

We are rehabilitating my brother-in-laws house. We are constantly running into unexpected issues which require more materials. Home Depot has made it easy and quick to find what we needed so that we could get back on-task. The military discount has been a bonus.

Lorrie, in appliance helped us even though it wasn’t her department. She was very helpful. She deserves a raise!

Had estimate from plumber to replace seal in toilet for over $540. Did it myself for less then $10 and 2 hours of my time. A great ending to a fairly straight forward task.

I drove over 2 hours to this Home Depot because the one's close to me did not carry the Gothic Pickets item I needed. The store close to me did not offer any help.

Associates are always willing to help you and our friendly.

I live with 3 miles of 3 Home Depot stores with thus ok ne being the farthest away. And I'd still rather drive farther to go to Davis Hwy than the others. From the staff, to the clean store to the fact that I've been there so inch they know me by name. Should be a training course for other stores should have to strive to be like.

We purchased a new fridge from Home Depot and had it delivered. The team was on time and best two guys you could ask for. They had to go up 20 steps and rhe dolly they had was not the best. They made it happen with a smile and hard work.
