Open you shower pan, tub enclosure or anything else that has been shipped to the store. It will probably save you a trip to return a damaged item. Open it in the store before you leave!!

I drove over 2 hours to this Home Depot because the one's close to me did not carry the Gothic Pickets item I needed. The store close to me did not offer any help.

I live with 3 miles of 3 Home Depot stores with thus ok ne being the farthest away. And I'd still rather drive farther to go to Davis Hwy than the others. From the staff, to the clean store to the fact that I've been there so inch they know me by name. Should be a training course for other stores should have to strive to be like.

We purchased a new fridge from Home Depot and had it delivered. The team was on time and best two guys you could ask for. They had to go up 20 steps and rhe dolly they had was not the best. They made it happen with a smile and hard work.

There are always workers there to help. They are genuinely concerned to help you and each time I have asked where something was, they have always walked me to the item instead of just saying directions.

On all my projects I always find what I need at this Home Depot and their staff is outstanding!!

Of all the “big box” stores I find this Hime Depot to have the most service oriented and knowledgeable staff of any store I have shopped in this area. I truly look forward to visiting this HD location and avoid the blue sign home improvement competitor as much as possible.

I bought this other poly urthane and it did not work for what i needed it for,,your employee help me a lot,,,I got the shellac and it works much better and it dried much better too...

Dan in hardware can always give me advice on my issues Geoff greets me by name and asks if I need help Scott in flooring goes above & beyond for my jobs and answers my clients questions with professional advice Tanya at the Service desk is a wizard!! Auggie always has a great attitude Ramsey in paint gives me tips and advice that is helpful! This store is spot on with good quality people

I’ve always shopped at this location because it’s convenient from where I live. I’ve always been able to find what I’m looking for and when I can’t, there’s always a employee around to assist me.

I’ve never had a problem getting help with locating anything I needed, and always very courteous.

My wife and I went to the Pensacola store to purchase our new lawnmower. The associate and manager went beyond the scope to help us. We explained our situation and young man who helped us did everything except a backflip to assist us. They took additional money off the price of the item and assisted in loading. They also threw in some oil because the display model didn’t have any. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

Stop placing merchandise displays in the aisles. You can't buy light bulbs because you can't even fit a cart down that aisle. The main aisle in the front of the store leaves barely enough room for one cart to pass. Place promotional items on endcaps or stop trying to sell it. Customers can't stop to look at it anyway because if they stop they are blocking everyone else.

I suggest that you carry rigging and lashing items near checkout in addition to the minimal packing twine and red flags. Items such as ratchet straps, various sizes of shrink wrap, bed extenders, trailer lights and wiring harness accessories etc. Parlay what is going on in the adjacent rental areas to provide for the impromptu or spontaneous needs that may arise. Especially considering that the building materials area and rentals dept. may not always be adjacent. Use your merchandiser teams and the regular dept. associates to provide a review of each dept. to improve the process from a retail and customer point of view. Be a leader in safety in the industry not just out of a compliance mind set. Create a culture of safety with associates looking out for each other and the customers. Consider how much time the associates spend with each other as they complete a days work. create a paradigm shift that makes the associates think about going home the same way they arrived.

After buying a new refrigerator at another store that did not work we went to Home Depot. We were very tense to say the least when we arrived at Home Depot since we were now completely without a refrigerator. As we walked into the appliance area we were immediately met by Sammy. She helped us through the process of picking out another refrigerator and even suggested we buy a small refrigerator to use until the new one arrived. She was patient and knowledgable about the products. We immediately noticed how many employees greeted us while we were in the store. First time buying an appliance there but we will be back to Home Depot when the need arises.
