The store was overall nice and clean. I love how all employees has on their mask made me feel very safe & comfortable. The cashier “Shanaiya” that checked me out was very friendly and sweet. The best experience I have had a Home Depot in awhile.

The store is always clean, the shelves are well stocked and I products I buy are easy to find.

As I walked into the garden center the cashier was very nice and friendly greeting me as i walked in. Unfortunately you did not have what I was looking for, but the cashier assured me that I could pay here and pick up at another location. She went out her way to make sure I would get exactly what I needed and I want to thank her for that. She did tell me her name was Shanaiya. Awesome customer service!

Our Local Home Depot Store on N. Davis Hwy is a great place to get what you need quickly! The employees are kind, considerate and knowledgable. Construction Carts are clean, inside the store aisle, and add to the accessibility and ease of your shopping experience.

I purchase a washer. Sales person SX3338 tax on a charge for hoses. He didn't say which kind (rubber) or I would have changed that to flexible metal on the spot. Now I have to contact them for an upgrade.

We love this Home Depot, it is so very centrally located and everyone is so friendly. They have a wonderful hot dog vendor outside the doors occasionally.

No rhyme or reason to the layout of the plywood stock. Sizes difficult to read. When the staff was able to be located they were apathetic, incompetent, and poorly trained. The store was clean.

I just want commend two exceptional employees Chris the asst manager and Salli from the garden center. They went above and beyond to help me. I lost my husband five months ago and with this pandemic my emotions are all over the place. I'm trying to get my townhouse on the market and was having trouble with a power washer I had purchased some time ago. They helped me resolve the issue and i couldn't be more thankful. I will continue to use Home Depot for all my home repair needs. Thank you agsin

I started the job here a week ago so far I have been to this Home Depot every day some times twice in one day, Every person that I have come across has been friendly and helpful, the lady at the paint desk is the best. My only issue is at register #1 next to the pro desk the cashier is never the same, every other Home Depot that I have been in around the state have always had a cashier at the pro checkout that knew what was going on and got you out fast and was the same person every time.

The staff are extremely knowledgable and always striving to help.

Employees particularly Bill and Larry in tool rental were awesome. Went above and beyond!

Store is very clean & easy to locate anything. The cashier Shanaiya went above & beyond to make sure I got what I needed. The garden associate Tammy was very helpful aswell.

Every employee I interacted with was friendly and engaged, but I never felt hovered over. They had everything I needed for my shelving project, and kindly helped me with multiple cuts to my plywood sheets to cut them down to shelf size. I've been to all the area HD stores, and this one is consistently best!

Our cashier Donald was wonderful!! He was so friendly and checked us out with the biggest smile! It means a lot to be greeted with such positivity! Thanks Donald!

This particular Home Depot in Pensacola is my favorite home improvement store because of the fabulous employees with I've come in contact all over the store in every department! I love this store! It's clean, well-stocked and organized, and people are available to help you and want to help you! It can't be beat!

I have visited many home improvement stores coast to coast, and this store by far has the best customer service. Good selection, everyone friendly and helpful, and assistance, if needed, is always available. This location is out of my way but worth the drive everytime.
