I was pleased with the service I received during my visit to Home Depot on Davis Hwy in Pensacola Florida. I was surprised there were attendants available to help which is rare in hardware stores these days. I got what I needed to get my job started and was on my way without any long waiting other than waiting for the rain to stop...

Store employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Inventory is neat and plentiful.

I purchase and renovate houses and have been shopping at this Home Depot for over 20 years. The atmosphere at this store is friendly and caring. On my most recent visit I dealt with a kitchen/bathroom renovation expert. Ms. Sammy was extremely knowledgable and helpful. For all of my future projects I intend to deal with her exclusively, even if I have to wait.

Bought this new refrig, didn't cool properly. The call center was SUPER courteous, polite and helpful, and most impressive. Then the service man James was equally so. Turns out an air flow valve or door had not been installed incorrectly. I never expected such wonderful support in this day when most vendors don't really care. I can highly, highly recommend LG for both product and service support. A most refreshing experience.

We bought a GE in wall oven that is very good. Sammy , the employee that helped us is awesome!!

I went to the Home Depot today after going to Lowe’s only because it’s closer after spending to much time at Lowe’s to no avail, didn’t have what I needed, had hard time getting help, employee that tried to help had no knowledge of plumbing and I wasted 30 minutes. I left without what I came for. I went to Home Depot and the employee that helped me was extremely knowledgeable and I was literally in and out in less than 15 minutes. I’ve been a customer of Lowe’s only because they’re closest and after today I have to say I am now a Home Depot customer, they did everything right and that allowed me to get in get out and get back and finish the job

Other stores did not have the parts I needed ;…Quickly n easily& with help of store personnel ::I got what I came to the store for.

If you are in need of appliances, see Sammy. She is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Cashiers need to be trained better in customer service, and taught how to measure.

Shopping at the home Depot today with my father and I really want to thank Sammy in the appliance department because she's so helpful and she always goes out of her way to explain all the information not necessarily to me but to my father who asks a lot of questions. Sammy was very thorough as she explained all the warranty information and also was able to help us find the appliances we need to fit our budget for some upcoming rental properties. thanks again Sammy for always being so helpful

Sandra, in the garden section, went out of her way to get me a plastic bag to cover my floor boards so that my car wouldn’t get dirty. She was very courteous and so kind to think of helping me in that little way.

Helpful friendly and knowledgeable employees. They have consistently exceeded my expectations.

I walked in saw the product line I was after, picked one out went straight to cashier (who was smiling and friendly). Was not greeted by anyone this time but that's rare at this store.

The store is clean and well arranged. Although I interacted with only a few employees, all were cheerful,helpful and well informed.

Went in looking for replacement ice maker, they did not carry in the store but Fred Carter went above and beyond trying to help me including calling other stores in town trying to find one, and not other Home Depot stores other appliance stores, never had such excellent service! Thanks Fred!

While trying to figure out a solution to my lighting problem, a kind gentleman offered assistance. Jeff in Electrical was very knowledgeable and offered very helpful suggestions. I came home with exactly what I needed! I had really hoped I would run into someone like Jeff! I definitely recommend this store!

With so many different appliances available during this smart era, it is essential to have people like Sammy in the Appliance Department to help me choose the right appliance that I need. I was only shopping around for prices on this trip but Sammy was very helpful explained everything to me and even went over some of the warranties and protection plans.
