Always have what I need

Sammy in the appliance department was extremely helpful today I was only in there looking to replace a couple of filters and get a couple of parts and I needed some help with some electrics at my house and she was able to arrange and set up an appointment for an electrician to come out to help. It's so nice to have friendly staff smiling faces and people willing to help and don't act like you're wasting the time when you're not in there for a big sale thanks Sammy in appliances

Sammy in appliances has always been extremely helpful with me and especially my dad. This trip I was only needing help with some mirrors but again Sammy was so helpful and didn't act as if I was ever wasting her time or holding her up from a sale. Thanks again Sammy for your consistent help. It's very appreciated.

Everyone in the store is pleasant. I am always greeted and employees routinely ask if I need any assistance. Cashiers are great and always thank me for my military service. My last cashier gave me a Home Depot Military Discount Benefit card and explained that I can verify my military service online so I can have the discount applied automatically going forward. I always recommend this store to family and friends.

I was shopping here and was needing help on whether to repair my appliances or just buy all new ones. After speaking with Sammy in the appliance department I am definitely going to go ahead and buy all new appliances she was very knowledgeable and also took the time to go over the extended warranties. she also arranged for an electrician to come out and look at updating my electrics in my 1954 home. Thank you so much Sammy you was a big help. You always are. And thanks Home Depot

Sammy in appliances was very helpful and she always is,. On this particular trip sammy helped my father and I with some appliances that we’re going to have to purchase for an upcoming rental because the existing ones were damaged by tenant. Sammy also helped me find a part on the Home Depot app that I needed to fix my icemaker on my refrigerator. This was so helpful because I was thinking I was going to have to buy a whole new refrigerator. Thanks Sammy for always going the extra mile.

Sheri went above and beyond to help me sort through the appliances and ultimately purchase 12 appliances for two new homes. Her efficiency and knowledge of the appliances, and the delivery process were outstanding. Her medical background serves her well at Home Depot because she is precise, solution oriented, quick thinking and efficient. Sheri is exemplary.

Me and my father were shopping for parts for a job and Sammy in appliances was extremely helpful in helping us locate the filters we needed for a refrigerator. These days it seems to be hard to find someone to help. I’m happy to say that at this Home Depot several people approached us and asked if we needed help finding anything or any other assistance. It was nice to have employees that actually wanted to be helpful and did assist. It’s the little things that make the day better and their employees on the specific day didn’t make the day better. Thank you to your employees for reaching out to make sure we were getting what we needed during our trip to this Home Depot

Home Depot on Davis Hwy. has the best customer service.

Great shopping experience and definitely want to thank Sammy in appliances. She was extremely helpful and ask all my questions didn't act like I was wasting her time even though I said that I was only shopping on this specific trip. It really is nice to see helpful employees that don't act like we're wasting their time when we asked for a little help and on top of that she really doesn't know her job thanks again home Depot and thank you Sammy you guys stay safe

Always the right store that has everything everyone need from small projects to big projects.

I can always find what I need and the employees do not run the other way when they see you coming, like the blue store does. Employees are very helpful and friendly. However, I cannot give a 5 star because there is one young lady that works around the checkout. She usually greets people and checks them out. I am in the store, several times a week. I am a contractor. This employee has never said hello or thank you and is usually cold shouldered. Not sure if it is because of my skin color, but I feel like it is.

I left a different home improvement store very upset after waiting 2 hours there for nothing but disappointment. I decided to go to this Home Depot and I’m so glad I did. Within 5 minutes of being there I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I got what I needed and was in & out of there within 15 minutes! Walked in with a frown and walked out with a smile thanks to the associates! I can’t remember the guys named that helped but he was awesome. The cashier Jess was super sweet and friendly our whole interaction. Such amazing service at this location, I will be back

The stores are always neat and organized. Someone is always available to assist me. All of the home depot stores in the Pensacola areas are awesome and convenient.

Employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The items we were interested in were organized and on display.

I go out of my way to come to this Home Depot because of one reason is the staff is so friendly. I especially want to thank Sammy in appliances, she was extremely helpful when I was shopping for a new fridge and I’m extremely happy with my new Frigidaire. She also went out of her way to help my father with some warranty issues he had concerning a purchase he made and I was very thankful for that. Eric in flooring I believe is also a big help he’s helped me on many many occasions and he never ever feels like I’m wasting his time and he’s always eager to help.

I always find what I need here and completely satisfied with helpfulness of most workers. When you remodel, you go here every day to make your Home Better! Great Store!

Thank you Home Depot and special thanks to Sammy in the appliance department she was very helpful and answered all the questions I needed answered about the specific appliances that I am getting ready to buy. She even help me out with a issue unrelated to appliances in the garden department and not once did I feel like I was wasting her time or holding her up from another sale. Purchasing items and supplies from Home Depot is fine - they have what you need. However, dealing with HD's contractors is a nightmare and a ripoff. They obviously do not monitor contractors for honesty or integrity and that lack of supervision shows in the way the contractors treat the customers. I could cite several recent incidents that would curl your hair, but I will save those for any interested HD management. Suffice it to say, if you need a hot water heater or other appliance, buy it here if you wish, but find your own installation team!

Pretty Good Home Depot. Very few jerks work there.

The associates were helpful, friendly ,and knowledgeable. Everything I needed to remodel my home I found it. The store was clean and in order.

I would suggest Home Depot have a customer rewards program. You buy so much you get points and eventually a reward.

Very clean, wide uncluttered aisles,friendly salespeople and cashiers. Large, easy to read signs (important for seniors like myself) and well stocked.

Those living in this area know the impact of the local bridge still being out of use due to the hurricane impacting us in September 2020. Despite a Lowe’s store being just 15 minutes from my home, I hold my home improvement needs list until I make the one hour trip each way (if lucky) to go to the HD on Davis Hwy. The personnel there are always helpful, and the prices and products are better.
