Everyone was super friendly and greeted me multiple times, but I still rarely as for help. As soon as I started loading boxes of flooring myself, Chris, immediately stop me and took over. Greta experience at this Home Depot.

Did not have the item I researched after seeing it advertised online but got the same price on one that was a different brand and larger then we looked at originally, very happy.

Messed up and purchased items with the wrong card, I was shopping for my mother also and used her card to buy my items. Naa , yeah that was her name, corrected this and then I realized that I had not gotten my military discount. Naa was very patient and professional in correcting this as well. Thank you Naa.

APPLIED FOR A NEW CREDIT CARD WITH THE HELP OF THESE 2 NICE, FRIENDLY LADIES. AND MADE A PURCHASE I HAD BEE THINKING ABOUT FOR MONTHS

All staff were particularly kind. This time in flooorung I was greeted by Mr Damon. He knew many answers and any he wasn’t sure he immediately looked up on the store system. Overall he made the experience really good!

Honoray - (spelling) was super helpful and took extra time to find the right solution to our problem.

I truly like the staff and the organization of the store. I actually live close to the other two stories, but this one in particular is my favorite. Things seem to be structured better in my opinion. I also have built a rapport with many employees who I have seen down through the years and they Always informative and very helpful!! To meet they actually work like people on commission which of course we know that they are not getting. Great service great experiences!!!

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at Home Depot

What a pleasant visit. So many employees and even an outside vendor, so willing to stop and help us find items we were looking for. Our cashier helped us to be able to use our military discount and made a suggestion to update the profile so we could use the phone number in the future.

I spoke with a girl named Sammy about needing some new appliances and also cabinets and countertops and she was very helpful answered all my questions and was very informative on the different styles and designs that are current at the moment thank you Sammy for all your help I will definitely be using Home Depot for my cabinets and countertops now and in the future thanks again Home Depot thank you Sammy

I came in for some general questions that I needed answers to about some appliances and also about some measurements in my kitchen for some new cabinets and Sammy in that department today was extremely helpful answered all my questions with confidence, and then even help me find the part that I needed for an appliance in my house. I went to look for appliances. I really like The appliance specialist. Her name Sammy. She was very nice and helpful. I really enjoyed my shopping. I really recommend.

Very helpful and friendly store personel. Not pushy or salesman like, just helpful, informative, and friendly. Also lots of stock on items unlike some other stores.

Three able bodied employees standing in front of self checkouts talking instead of someone ringing my purchase up. Will not be back if I have to do their job.

I was pleased with the service I received during my visit to Home Depot on Davis Hwy in Pensacola Florida. I was surprised there were attendants available to help which is rare in hardware stores these days. I got what I needed to get my job started and was on my way without any long waiting other than waiting for the rain to stop...

Store employees are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Inventory is neat and plentiful.

I purchase and renovate houses and have been shopping at this Home Depot for over 20 years. The atmosphere at this store is friendly and caring. On my most recent visit I dealt with a kitchen/bathroom renovation expert. Ms. Sammy was extremely knowledgable and helpful. For all of my future projects I intend to deal with her exclusively, even if I have to wait.

Bought this new refrig, didn't cool properly. The call center was SUPER courteous, polite and helpful, and most impressive. Then the service man James was equally so. Turns out an air flow valve or door had not been installed incorrectly. I never expected such wonderful support in this day when most vendors don't really care. I can highly, highly recommend LG for both product and service support. A most refreshing experience.

We bought a GE in wall oven that is very good. Sammy , the employee that helped us is awesome!!

They cut my boards for free and they were friendly. They have good people working here. I appreciate it. Good prices on lumber.
