Very friendly and nice and was easy to find someone to show me where the product was that I was looking for.

The people are always nice and helpful. I'm always glad someone is around to help. the store is well laid out, yes it could use some cleaning but that doesn't bother me as long as there people to help.

I shop at this store all the time! It's always very clean and stocked. The employees are so knowledgeable about pretty much anything you ask them. Tim Wellborn works there and seems to know the store/inventory inside out. I love going to this Home Depot especially.

I shop frequently in this Home Depot store and have always found the employees knowledgeable and friendly. They will go out of their way to direct you to the right areas to locate your shopping needs and answer any questions. I have bought supplies for my home and garden there and also appliances.

We came in from Houston during the ice storms and decided to find what we needed to repair our home while we were here. We were going off memory and pictures alone. Miriah came and asked us if we needed any help. Boy did we land the jackpot of help and knowledge! She went far above and beyond looking at our grainy pictures and piecing it together and making sure we had everything we needed and then some! You could tell she has a true passion for helping customers! Please keep her at any cost and find more like her! Justin in garden and Joshua both were very helpful

It seemed like none of the associates wanted us there or really even wanted to be there themselves. I don’t enjoy going to this location and really only go when I have no choice because I have never had a pleasant experience

Friendly Staff, low prices and fully stocked and clean!

Asked an associate where Fatwood was located as the Internet site stated it was carried in the store. In the Garden section, where it was stocked, he said that he had not seen it and did not think that his location carried it. He did not even use his app to see if it was carried. After re-accessing the sit on my phone I saw that there were 39 in stock in that store and noticed the location was aisle 67. Item was eventually found on aisle 66. Not very helpful. Cashier was more helpful in guiding me to where fireplace items were stocked.

This store has excellent customer service and everyone is willing to go above and beyond to make sure you find everything you need. They are very attentive and you really feel like they want to help everyone that enters the store.

We drove an additional 20 miles to go to this store because they had the product we wanted in stock. Not only was it on sale, the cashier (Joshua) offered us an additional discount if we applied for a Home Depot credit card. When the discount showed up on the register it was less than he told us it would be so he immediately corrected it. I thanked Joshua several times and he even helped us load our item. It's been a long time since I've experienced this kind of service at a home improvement store. Joshua was an extremely polite young man and I was glad to have had the pleasure of meeting him and honored he was my cashier. Thank you Joshua!

The personnel in the Paint Department and Ware House for stocking store provided me with friendly, professional assistance in a most timely manner and guided me on savings and products that I purchased on 16 December 2020! The store was exceptionally clean and fully stocked with the items that I required to pick up on this day! Cashiers were friendly and guided me properly to check certain items out in the Free non support lane with my Military Discount as well! Thank you!

I would defining recommend shop in the store. Big selection, great prices. Been costumer for years. But unfortunately it makes me very sad that for years nothing had been done about the cashiers employees working at the garden center. It’s a shame that ur competitors are doing much better job providing their cashiers winter shelter. Shame!

Checked on line to see if they had my Battery for Lawn Tractor I purchased there a few years ago . Depot.com said yes and directed me to Davis Hwy @ $29.95. So I drive across town and pick up Battery only to find it is Not $29.95 but $44.97 . That's $15.02 Difference depot says oh well either put it back and waste all my time on line and driving in Christmas traffic or just Lump it .Very disappointed in Depot , I am sixty five years old and have trouble driving in rush hour Christmas shopping traffic . I thought I was being Covid / greenhouse correct by using internet and not wasting time driving all over . Then I get punched in the gut . ps; I paid core of $12.00 also and brought in my old battery . so that is $44.97 plus $12.00 for a Lawn tractor

Grat store. Everyone knew were things were. The pro desk had qualified and experienced people.

I needed help having wood cut. I gave Geoffrey specific details on what I needed and how I needed them cut. He spoke to me like I didn't know what I was talking about, complained about having to cut the wood, and then didn't cut the wood to how I needed it. He charged me for wood cutting and I was sent home with things I didn't need. I didn't check it while I was there b/c I trusted that an employee knew what he was doing. Being charged $10 for wood cutting isn't a problem for me. But paying over $40 for wood and the cutting when I wasn't given what I needed is an issue. He never spoke to me, he didn't thank me, he acted like it was an issue for him to do his job. I shop here all the time and this was by far the rudest customer service I have ever gotten there. I also had a gift card to use and since it was under my wife's name, he wouldn't let me use it. We have the same last name, same address as was on file and he still wouldn't let me use it.

George in the lumber department was super helpful! He spent a lot of time explaining what we needed help with. Angela was our cashier and she was super friendly and personable. We will definitely be back! Keep up the great work!
