store has excellent location but failed to offer the rental truck which could help you get home without the high cost of delivery. This location does not offer the truck rental as all other stores offer by Home Depot.

Of all the Home Depot locations in the area, this one has been consistently bad when needing assistance from associates. There's rarely help available, and associates seem to intentionally avoid any kind of contact. I had to chase an associate down numerous times for assistance, only to be told that it wasn't their department and that they would page the person in charge, which also never happened.

We are remodeling our home and Home Depot is our go to place - for products and assistance.

We shop this location most often and always find what we are looking for and always received friendly service.

I usually hate going to these types of stores but everyone was so helpful. I was able to find everything I needed.

Great customer service! Scott in blinds was friendly & knowledgeable! Joanne in customer orders will make sure that your order is done right! Also, the employees that assist on the floor are more than willing to help you with what you need! The service desk staff are friendly & helpful! I appreciate that this store really cares because we are new to the area & it makes a huge difference!!

Landon was such a big help. Very kind. Caring. Made sure I got exactly what I needed for the size of my yard. Helped me check out and helped me load. Even gave instructions on how to use the gas can and everything !

The staff at this location are amazing! They are always smiling and willing to lend a helpful hand! The cashier at self checkout already knew what i needed assistance with and she jumped right on it with literally no questions asked! Wonderful team at this location!

Jordan & Marie in Large Appliances are awesome. They have strong work ethics, understands the need to listen and help, knowledgeable, and caring.

I will never use another hardware store. The employees are the friendliest and will help you in anyway they can.

Standard excellent service from store employee, however near addition of free fresh hot popcorn made this trip memorable.

Davis Hwy stands above the other stores in the Pensacola area...everyone is wonderful!

The store and its staff are great, except for one employee: Misty at the customer service desk. Anytime I or anyone from my family have had to interact with her it has been a terrible experience. It is beyond me how someone can be so rude and cold-hearted, and still have a job in customer service! She has been working there for years, and should have been fired years ago!

I went into one of your stores and I wanted to buy a handicap ramp for my wife for her wheel chair. He didn't have any in but gave me materials for the ramp. He helped me carry the materials out to my car and offered to help me build the ramp. This is on and beyond the call for any store or employee. Thank you and May the Blessing Be
