I returned today to get 10 bags of this soil. Price was great, on sale. Employees were all polite and eager to help me get cart, load and check out. I appreciate the great service.

It is a great store. We like what they do and how they do it, keep it up.

My husband and I always enjoy coming to this Home Depot store. The staff is always friendly and most importantly, helpful. The store is well organized and clean. We love Home Depot in general, but this by far our favorite store.

I was approached by Home Depot personnel to help me. They went above and beyond to assist me. They placed heavy items on my cart for me and then loaded them into my car. A young man brought large brown bags to place my concrete in so my car would stay clean. Incredible!

After being frustrated at the lack of attention at nearby competitors, we found the personnel in the kitchen area of HD to be very helpful. They seem to have more staff than the other nearby stores, and they were very patient with us as we went through a kitchen design.

I have noticed lately that employees generally seem happy working at this store. They also seem knowledgeable about their departments or will try to obtain the help or information if they cannot answer a question or find an item. A customer appreciates that.

I had cut a gas line in my apartment and was racing the clock to get to Home Depot before they closed at 9:00. I got there at 9:05, but one compassionate employee standing at the Exit saw my distress and let me in the store. I needed some help finding the black iron and another compassionate soul helped me find what I needed. I was soon impressed how helpful everyone was that night-- truly helping a customer in need. Because a Home Depot employee bent the rules and helped me out, me and my tenants avoided a cold night in January with no heat. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Because of the location this could be a great store. But better stocking of shelves and shelf maintenance is s must.A lot of the staff dont know the product and where it is in the store. What happen to the good staff that used to work at Ridge Depot

This store goes through phases but, overall i'm pleased with my experiences. My visit today the store was very clean and organized. I enjoy that they have products in stock 99% of the time. I also got a great deal durning black friday refrigerator.

Greg, the guy who helped me, knew exactly why my faucet was leaking. He explained to me how to fix it and even got all of the supplies for me. Near stress free experience.

The store manager, Darin, was very helpful and really exceeded my customer service expectations. I will not hesitate to return to this store in the future.

Staff is always helpful and courteous. The location is convenient and the prices are fair.

We have always had a good experience at this store. When we made our appliance purchase on 11/25, there were 3 associates working in the Appliance area at the time that we arrived and all were with customers. Given this, my wife and I waited next to the ordering desks for someone to become available to help us. Almost at the same time, two associates finished with their customers, looked at us, packed up and left. One of them made the comment to us that their shift was over and that they were leaving. Both clearly knew that we were waiting. At this point, we had been waiting almost 30 minutes. My wife and I thought of leaving but since we had already spent to much time waiting, we decided to stay. After another 20 minutes or so, Dale Curp finished with his customer and helped us out. Dale was excellent to work with and did an outstanding job of talking us through the two appliances that we purchased. We later found out that he was also supposed to leave around the same time as the other two but decided to stay and help us out. I will say that if Dale had left, there was no one else in the department to help us out. We were very surprised and disappointed that the other two associates chose to ignore us and our business but ultimately glad that we waited for Dale.

Store cluttered have staff in departments that don't know anything about that department

I shopped at the Pleasant Ridge Home Depot store and had exceptional service from Brian. He knew the entire store and made the process efficient and productive. He knew the products and where to locate what I needed.

This store seems to be the busiest that I've been to. I've gone to all the home depots in and near Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky more than once and this store is ground zero! Although some employees might have personality issues almost all seem to hustle and be on top of their game! The Pleasant Ridge store gets it done!

I had a great experience at the Highland Ave Home Depot. The Associates were all pleasant and helpful as I selected products to update by bathroom. I would like to especially thank Paula for her hard work and assistance placing my order. KUDOS.

I had placed a large and complicated order online, and I needed the assistance of customer service reps to resolve some problems with it. In spite of the fact that I made a store visit on a Saturday afternoon, the CS reps were very helpful, and took quite a while, but made sure to run some VERY complex order management issues to ground. I consider that this level of customer service was exceptional, and I recommend this store to anyone in the area who is looking for home repair and maintenance products!

attendants were super useful. I found the right dolly thanks to a helpful employee, same with the key copies I needed to make and the employee was super fast and helpful. Also, the store is ready for Halloween, I love it!
