We needed a refrigerator to replace our failed unit. We had some specific requirements: size, side by side, white. It took some time for the Home Depot associate to find the exact fit because of the low stock situation, but Mr Curp kept at it until the unit we wanted was found. Everyone should have this kind of shopping experience.

If you are at all concerned with your health during this pandemic, I suggest you avoid this store. There are social distancing marks on the floor by the registers and a one-way in and out, but fully half the employees are not wearing masks, including the manager. The same for the customers, and there is no policy for masked customers in place. Some of the employees are friendly, helpful, and competent, but not all of them. This store needs to take a whole lot more precautions.

No problem finding items we were looking for. Store was clean and employees went out of their way to help us. With their assistance we were in and out quickly.

The store is a wreck. Security guard outside acts like a N@zi. Teens running chop saw are only there to collect a paycheck. No customer service skills or any other kind of skill. Look out for teen with green hair.

He will take the time with you to explain all of the many features and details of todays modern home appliances. Definitely a pleasure to work with to make sure that you purchase the right appliance(s) for you.

Staff is very friendly need some training in ringing out appliances in a timely manner. Great store and new people a trying to figure it out so you still get 5 stars. Katie does work in circles around people she needs a raise. 2 hours to buy a washer and dryer y’all need to train ya peeps! It is not the new persons fault it is upper managements fault. Not the employees fault they didn’t get trained properly. Just throw them in front of a bus. I shoulda got my gear for free for the inconvenience but nothing is free. Katie answering the phone fixing all the issues everyone around her are just standing there mouth breathing one young man was doing his best and helping. If these were not tough times with the lies flying around about invisible Santa Clause cooties flying around I might give someone a hard time. Weird how only major corporations are deemed essential. I figure it the other way around. Anyhow the store would be great if we weren’t being lied to sending the world into unnecessary panic. US Constitution research it.

Associates were unfriendly and clearly burdened by customers with questions.

Conveniently located with lots of helpful staff members. Very rarely would I go to Home Depot ad they not have what I needed. It's very clean and well stocked for the most part. A great place to gather items for DIY projects. I crafted small speaker monitor stands using some PVC pipes and another landscaping item. Very inexpensive project for me.

I've been dealing with this store since it opened. I use it for home as well as business supplies. I can always find what I'm looking for and the staff are always helpful and friendly. Keep up the good work!

The Pleasant Ridge Home Depot has great customer service. There is usually someone available in any department. If not, Customer Service will quickly get a knowledgeable person to come to your aid!

The staff at the customer service are some of the best in the area.

Always has a large selection and plenty of employees that are very helpful no matter if crowded or not!

Clean up the store. Keep your climbing equipment out of the isles. It is very difficult to travel through this store with carts because it is so cluttered. There are some mean people working for this store. You need to invest in a hospitality class/training. Some associates walk by you...even when they see you looking for items. Staffing is a huge problem as sometime there is no one available to help me in Appliances, Cabinets and Doors.

Katie in the appliances department was fantastic! She was very friendly and so eager to help! I appreciate her being so knowledgeable--she really knows her stuff! If you need are in the market for a new home appliance--stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, see Katie over at Pleasant Ridge. She will get you all the way together!

I have shopped at this store frequently since I bought a house four years ago. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and I am grateful for that. I recently bought a miter saw that was pretty heavy. Not only did the staff (a man named "Blair") bring it to the car, but when it didn't fit in the trunk or any of the doors, he went beyond the call of duty and drove it in his van to my house on Christmas Eve. Blair gives meaning to the word, "Customer Service".

I would like to let it be known what are the main reasons I keep coming to the store is your prodesk it's one of the few reasons I keep coming back. People like Aaron very helpful very knowledgeable very friendly. And Sierra both of them helped me through a very difficult project down on Allendale street right down the street from here don't know if I would have made it through this one without them 2. Euro pro desk is top-notch please keep it as it remains get these costume room to work with to cramp up here. One more suggestion if you really wanted to be a cut above the rest of your competition talk to free deliveries run a crew all the time deliver deliver deliver traffic down in the store for contractor like myself

Overall the store has great selection and very helpful folks in the hardware in tool section. The customer service counter is extremely helpful and patient. I have had several instances of very poor customer service from individual employees ranging from just not being courteous to out right very poor attitudes and almost unhelpful. I did address these egregious cases to the store manager
