Loved this store

Katie in the appliances department was fantastic! She was very friendly and so eager to help! I appreciate her being so knowledgeable--she really knows her stuff! If you need are in the market for a new home appliance--stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, see Katie over at Pleasant Ridge. She will get you all the way together!

I have shopped at this store frequently since I bought a house four years ago. The staff has always been friendly and helpful and I am grateful for that. I recently bought a miter saw that was pretty heavy. Not only did the staff (a man named "Blair") bring it to the car, but when it didn't fit in the trunk or any of the doors, he went beyond the call of duty and drove it in his van to my house on Christmas Eve. Blair gives meaning to the word, "Customer Service".

I would like to let it be known what are the main reasons I keep coming to the store is your prodesk it's one of the few reasons I keep coming back. People like Aaron very helpful very knowledgeable very friendly. And Sierra both of them helped me through a very difficult project down on Allendale street right down the street from here don't know if I would have made it through this one without them 2. Euro pro desk is top-notch please keep it as it remains get these costume room to work with to cramp up here. One more suggestion if you really wanted to be a cut above the rest of your competition talk to free deliveries run a crew all the time deliver deliver deliver traffic down in the store for contractor like myself

Overall the store has great selection and very helpful folks in the hardware in tool section. The customer service counter is extremely helpful and patient. I have had several instances of very poor customer service from individual employees ranging from just not being courteous to out right very poor attitudes and almost unhelpful. I did address these egregious cases to the store manager

Fantastic customer service. I worked with Jeanne to order shades for a unique three season room. She was a wealth of knowledge, and also gave me a heads up about an upcoming sale offered by the shade vendor.

Lots of great finds to get excited about! You will want to do all kinds of things to your house when you go through the store that you didn't even realize you wanted to do. Everything was clean and everybody was helpful.

The Highland avenue store in Cincinnati Ohio is always well staffed and well run. The people who work there are well trained.

It is very difficult to find an employee who can help you at the Home Depot store Pleasant Ridge. After waiting for 15 minutes for the flooring personnel which never showed up a young woman named Buster finally helped me. it was not her area but helped me get my order completed for flooring and backsplash. If not for her I would have left the store and went somewhere else. I spent $$1,132.62 this day and Buster was an absolutely fantastic employee and helped me with everything even though it was not her area to cover. By the way no one knows where the employee that was supposed to be covering flooring was. They never showed up after numerous intercom calls. Buster took it upon herself to help me and she deserves recognition for her service

TREMENDOUSLY helpful store employee (“Reid”) assisted in a number of unrelated departments locating and enlisting others help when needed.

Don't use this store for large orders or deliveries. I ordered an Andersen window and, 1. they never contacted me that Andersen had delivered the window and it was sitting in their storage area, 2. after learning - by making a visit to the customer service desk - that the window had been received they, twice, promised to deliver and did not. My contractor, who was trusting the store to make the delivery on the first scheduled date, removed the old window and actually had to construct a plywood window for my living room until the next promised delivery date - that they also failed to make. The second delivery had been promised without reservation by several store managers. The contractor finally went to the store and picked up the window himself. The worst part of the experience may have been when the contractor confronted the store manager about their failure to keep their word on delivery, the manager just shrugged and said that it was too bad but the store didn't control deliveries. Really? Do you always disregard commitments? And is this how you routinely treat customers?? This window was a $4,000+ investment. Very poor experience.

Someone came and loaded a flat bed cart with 6 - 40lb bags of top soil and then loaded them into my car !!!!!!

Wonderful customer service

Ordered a dryer for an elderly woman. It arrived very early in morning, that was ok. The dryer vent was not replaced with the new expandable aluminum vent tube. They left the old plastic vent tube in place even though the invoice specifies replacing this. Will wait to see the outcome. Either credit or a new vent, or both. If the guidelines specify only the good part of the store then what is the purpose of a review? Criticism can be constructive. The store was fine, the salesperson was fine, the delivery people erred.
