I find this store to have plenty of knowledgeable employees waiting to help, but not pushy. The generally have the product in stock.

Can you please explain to me why you cannot use a gift card and a 10% coupon while putting the balance on the Home Depot credit card? Why couldn't the manager ring up $100 separately use the gift card, then Take the remaining balance Use the 10% off coupon and put the balance on my Home Depot card? I left the store because the manager Told me I could not use both together. I told him if he could not figure this out I was going to leave and not purchase $300 that was in my cart. The manager kept repeating you can't do both that's just the way it is.

The person in the Appliance Department - Marianne - is extremely helpful, friendly, customer-oriented, knowledgeable, and an excellent example of what a customer appreciates in a Customer Service Representative. I would shop at this store again and buy another appliance from Marianne when I need one.

The store was clean and the products that we were getting was easily found and the assistance we received was great.The associates were very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service and friendly employees. If your looking for something, an employee will ask if you need help and direct you to the product. If you have questions about the product, an employee with help. Best shopping experience I have ever had!

If you are in the Christmas spirit and decide to go to the Ridley store, DON'T the employees that I dealt with there are not friendly at all, they did not seem to want to help me, every single employee there took the Christmas spirit from me today.

The item I was looking for was not in stock. A young man who worked in the Lawn and Garden Department looked up up the item on his computer and determined that it was available in another Home Depot store. He referred me to the Customer Service Desk to ensure that the item was available at the other store. Jacki at the Customer Service Department called the other store and requested that they do physical check to ensure the availability item. She waited on the phone until she was advised that it was available. She then arranged to have the item waiting for me at the Customer Service Desk of the other store. This was an outstanding customer service experience.

I needed some items for a small job in my bathroom. I was paying partially with a gift card and there was an issue with it, and I got delayed longer than I expected. Fortunately, the cashier, John S. in the self help line was extremely helpful. He processed through the problem while still dealing with all of the other customers as well. The fact that he made an extra effort to get me helped as quickly as possible was much appreciated. John S. is definitely an asset to Home Depot.

This store is always well staffed, clear isles, and have everything I need in stock. I go the extra distance to shop at store.

Purchased plywood for next day pickup. Employee in lumber was very helpful and the customer service employee was very knowledgeable and pleasant.

I was at the Appliances section and the lady was so very helpful,we went to measure my car to ensure it will fit.Because my kids were in the car I couldn't pick it up same day.She walked me thru the pick up process and when I came back the ffg day,it was just like she said.The guys that helped to load it were nice,friendly and very efficient.I do have a nice feeling about the store because they were all so - awesome!

I asked about the seeds and live vegetable plants, very informative on the reason why they put them away which i dont agree upon !!! She suggested i go to a dollar store for some fall planting seeds which was kind of her. to suggest to me.

Antonio, Mark and Otis are dedicated and go above and beyond. Antonio took the time show me how to use the pro account. Otis explained the different types of wood and what was the best to purchase, Mark assisted with helping me choose the correct fixtures for my bathroom and sewer line. Once all was done they assisted me in loading my suv as well. Could not have asked for a better experience.

Great garden store. Lots of healthy plants. Great cashiers.
