We ordered Ecosmart LED bulbs (3 pack) and 3 Hampton Bay Linear Track Lighting Heads. The delivery worker brought the Ecosmart bulbs and told us the Lighting Heads would be delivered by another worker later. Turned out she was wrong (or lying), as she marked the order delivery as “complete”. The lighting heads were never going to be delivered to us. We found this out after calling Home Depot and being told by the phone service agent after 30 minutes that he can’t help us. He then told us to call South Loop branch (from which we made the online purchase). The guy on the phone at South Loop was great but not enough at all to mitigate our first experience with Home Depot online which was just horrible. So, after an hour or so, we were left with half a solution to our home issue, a reminder to check that Home Depot is going to make the refund for undelivered items and a walk to a physical Home Depot store to buy the undelivered item.

I highly recommend this business. The location is covenant, and their customer service is second to none. I was completely impressed with the employee's professionalism and customer service.

Great service and clean environment

Jeremy in the garden center was very helpful and nice. He got me a flat bed and loaded it with the soil and compost. He pushed it to the cashier and my vehicle and loaded in the back.

We frequent your store on Clinton when we do some jobs in the city. Its a great convenient location and never any problems. Keep up the good work!

Whenever I visit this store I never have to look for someone to help me. Employees are knowledgeable regarding products, and if they are not they will always find someone who is.

I just recently moved not too far from the store, and I was not in a good mood to shop and look for products when I made a visit that day. I just want to thank Oscar, Adamaris and Aurora for making my shopping experience a little easy.

I visited the tool rental department and Jose was fantastically awesome he was friendly fast efficient and very customer service oriented I got the tool that I needed with no problems quick check in quick check out he deserves a raise and a promotion for his kindness and attention for detail and employees can learn from this man and how to treat customers!!!!!!

Ms. Naomi and Ms. Leslie are really committed thier jobs and will go out if there way to help you! I was simply getting a ladder which seemed impossible that particular evening. These ladies would not let me leave until my concerns were addressed. They made my experience so much better. Ladies you are The Best!!!

I went to get a large product they called for help and when the cashier saw their co-workers were busy they helped me themselves. Tee was awesome at returns too!

Very frustrated during holiday season seemed short handed on support for helping me with finding and helping me figure out what I needed, However I met two employees very helpful store manger Mari and employee named Dontrelle Were very helpful and supportive in changing my view. They work well together and make a great team supporting the face of Homedepot

I needed a couple of small items and a plywood cut down to size. German and Robert knocked out my list in a couple minutes to get me back out of the store before the wonderful Chicago traffic got busy!

If you are between stores, this one is going to be better. I always find helpful employees here and have had multiple times when an employee went above and beyond to be helpful. Doesn't always happen at other locations!

I asked if a tree was on sale because there was no price posted. The salesperson was helpful and checked He had a pleasant attitude

The staff members are terrible and rude. Especially Hope and Dennis in the lightbulb section. Hope laughed at me while I was in the store, and I thought that was incredibly inappropriate.
