Bought this metal frame online. Picked up box [weighs 22lbs] at HD and it was seamless and Allen in Customer Svc was professional and went above by zip tying box in my cart since it jutted out and I was using a bus. Nice touch. Vid clip about product suggested easy to assemble but I hired Task Rabbit. Jhe cpompleted set up quickly. Sturdy with no wobbling. Tape strips allow mattress to sit securely. Great price and value.

I bought some items and needed to exchange them..I waited in line and got Leslie. Leslie helped me exchange my items...Because i have a disability, a he took her time to help me..a special thanks to Leslie and the customer service team!!! Thank you

The South Loop Home Depot has improved significantly. Everyone in the garden department was friendly & helpful. They have a very large selection of plants & flowers & everything was organized & easy to find.

March 3, 2023. A chilly day in Chicago but I decided to ride my bicycle to Home Depot. I live near 31st St., Beach Road all the way to the loop Home Depot. Hesitant being new to the area? Gladly surprised by employee willingness to help me find what I need. Friendly with great energy positive goofy funny personalities. Cashier pointed out my remaining balance left on my Home Depot gift card. Showed me my receipt where I could locate the remaining monies. Needed a couple zip ties cut off of my bicycle lock I purchased. No problems with employee help on that either. Call David the manager when I got home to tell him of the great experience I had. David was so happy. He said today would be a pizza day that he was going to reward all of the employees for such great customer service. I would definitely ride my bicycle back. It’s well worth it. Beautiful scenic ride on bicycle is worth it as well. I will be back and thank you David and employees.

Home Depot South Loop is in a nice convenient location with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable associates. I actually went to the same location three times today. The last time was to grab a plant that I had my eyes on earlier and Grace assisted me because I spotted one that wasn’t on the floor yet.

Danny helped me with small storage bins. He went above and beyond as I had my hands full with my toddler. He was professional, polite, and pleasant and I really appreciated him. Assistant manager David was equally great.

I bought a neem oil spray by Captain Jack that didn't work on my plants fungus gnats at all. I tried to return it and get a different product and they would not give me a refund. So there's no guarantee anymore that if you're unsatisfied with the product that they will give you refund or an exchange for another product. I also bought 3 spray bottles from Ecolab 3 different times and each one had problem. They either didn't spray or they broke at the neck. To add, I got a bad attitude from the returns desk associate.

Literally popped in to quickly buy one item and spammed with follow-up emails and a satisfaction survey. Can’t we just buy something and be done. Next time paying bask and getting a printed receipt and moving on with my life.

I waited almost 30 to purchase a large tick item, and No One came to help, and I was finally advise that particular department close at 6pm, there was no sign up advising this

I have recently started shopping at the South Clinton store in Chicago. I was immediately impressed by the staff and how willing they all were to make sure that I found the items that I came in for. The store is well laid out but it is still very helpful and appreciated to have a staff member personally make sure that I know where to find everything that I need.

The online information regarding in stock items was way off. I drove there to make a purchase but was greeted with bare shelves for bifold closet doors. The young man Jason was extremely pleasant and helpful. He assisted me by taking the time to call around to other locations. Jason was great but HD should make it easier to verify in stock items.

Recently visited this south loop location Home Depot and was excited to get the best of customer service and experience from the employees.

I usually find what I’m looking for but this store’s staff are always polite and willing to help. One issue is that the elevators or escalators too frequently are not working.

I love The Home Depot, and I would like to work for them. Do an installation work. Perhaps they could consider me since I love and shop at this store all the time. I'm a devoted and faithful customer. Thank you.

This HOME DEPOT STORE has been outstanding for the past twenty years. It offers excellent customer service and is well-maintained. I never had any issues or discrepancies with this store. I can always depend on and trust Home Depot to have the products I need.

The quality off their employees makes it a shame that the neighborhood hardware stores had to close due to big box stores like this. The first lesson to the employees should be work ethics in dealing with customers.This would make the store a pleasurable place to shop.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. And they come pretty fast when I request assistance. And I like the new self serve station set-up. It’s faster to maneuver to register and exit.

The south loop store is fairly well organized, but customer service is not their forte. Groups of employees standing around talking to each other, but not engaging customers. And zero bags available at checkout. Not at all helpful.

i have been buying from this store for over 10 years and most of the itme its a very good experience. most of the time, staff tries to help you find your product and are relatively knowledgable depending if you get the right staff.. they used to have the DIY kits for kids in the past though i dont know if they have stopped doing it now as we no longer get those kits. aside from that, its a really good store with good staff who want to help you if you ask.

I scheduled time for a consulation to remodel my kitchen. I want to re-do my cabinets, install pantry storage, get a new range and a new diswasher. The employee just took my name and said a contractor would call in 48 hours to discuss the cabinets. I asked about the appliances and he just told me to look around. It has been over two business days and the contractor has not called. It was just a scam HD runs to get people in the store. Total waste of time.

Home Depot will always be my first choice. Always a store near to the proyect, Kind people and always find what I'm looking for.

The South Loop Home Depot is our go to site when we need something while we’re working on our boat at the nearby yard. My recollection is that they’ve always had available the items (tools, supplies, etc) that we need. They also have a rooftop parking lot so you don’t have to worry about finding a parking space on the street.

I bought what I needed but not because of the quality of service but because of price.

I had a lot of question on remodeling my bathroom and when I came to Marco with these questions he did not hesitate to help! He even took me around the entire store to ensure that I selected the right products for this Job. VERY INFORMATIVE! He knew exactly what I need so did the gentlemen in the paint section, everything I was given worked out beautifully!!! By the both of their help this remodeling job was done very smoothly! I am very thankful, grateful and blessed for the both of them! Thank you So Much.

My credit card was stolen and used to purchase $557 worth of items at this Home Depot. We were in Chicago visiting family.
