I haven' t bought anything in the last month that I recall..

Leslie was wonderful customer service today she rectify my issue with her hesitation. I was in her line for about three minutes which was an adequate amount of time. Thank you very much Leslie.

There is always someone around to help you. The employees are familiar where everything is located by aisle. They are knowledgeable about any project you are working on.

Larry knew the inventory and the lack of inventory. Helpful in finding the plumbing items I needed that weee in stock

I forgot the associates name but he was working self checkout on 9/19 at 3pm. I think his name was Stephen? He was the nicest HD employee I’ve interacted with. Great attitude and very helpful!

I always enjoy shopping at home depot. I feel happy when looking at everything. And want to buy even when I don't need anything. The employees are always so helpful.

I had the pleasure of asking your employee Veronica to help needed something off the top shelf. She right away, contacted Dennis who came with the forklift and took two boxes down for me. They both did it with a smile and it thank you very impressed. and what I mean by the title they didn’t say go find somebody else or not my job.

The cashiers are unresponsive to questions and they are rude.

I was packing to move in 2 days and ran out of boxes. I made it to the store right before closing and one of the managers (Leslie A.) was incredibly helpful in making sure I was able to find and purchase what was needed that evening and even stopped what she was doing while preparing for the store closing. Amazing service is very rare these days so this was incredibly refreshing.

The employees at this location were super helpful, especially India.

I got out of my car to the time of beautiful music in the parking lot, piped out of the security cameras. All wonderful classical selections. This is genius! Everyone I talked to in the store loved it, and it was so calming. Please keep this going, Home Depot!

ALWAYS LONG LINES! EVEN IN SELF CHECK OUT WHICH NOW REQUIRE EMPLOYEES. 15 MINUTES TO GET HELP LOADING AFTER I MADE THE PURCHASE. A LOT OF EMPLOYEES STANDING AROUND AT CHECK OUT ON THEIR PHONES. THEY ACT AS IF THEY ARE BOTHERED TO BE DEALING WITH A CUSTOMER AND THEY LOOK LIKE THEY ARE MISERABLE WORKING THERE. THEY DON'T GREET YOU, TREAT YOU LIKE YOUR NOT HUMAN AND ARE PLAIN RUDE. I HAVE BEEN GOING HERE FOR YEARS AND I REALLY CANNOT STAND IT ANYMORE. ONE SHOUT OUT TO DANIEL IN LUMBER, STEVE AT CHECK OUT AND THE ENTIRE TEAM AT RETURNS, ALWAYS SUPER KIND AND SWEET. THE CHECKOUT TEAM, DANIEL AND STEVE MADE THIS EXPERIENCE BETTER.

My chest freezer is working great.

Usually easy to find stuff and they have most of the expected things in stock. Occasionally inventory is off, or they move stuff, and the location on the app or website is not updated. They switched the setup for self checkout too much and it’s kinda annoying. It was better they way they had it a while back.

I never have issues returning products. Leslie A was very helpful with my return today.

Leslie A was so unbelievable I don’t even have the words for it. She made my experience so seamless, and she was so supportive and wonderful. She’s the best and really knows what she’s doing. Thanks Leslie for making such a difference in my day

There is an employee named Heath at the South Loop Home Depot. Reminded me of Bill Murray from Groundhog Day.....after he became a nice guy! One of the most friendly and helpful employees I have ever met, and from what I experienced, many other people at the store felt the same way. Gotta go there and meet him...it'll make your day:)

The store had a lot of products in stock that helped me search for different options and brands. Having a nice customer service to help me choose which items to get was super helpful

Waseem garden manager will attack you and yell at you! Then asked for his boss his answer was some guy named Arthur

Joey, in the flooring department was amazing. He helped me find an item that I was looking for and when it wasn’t in stock, he helped to make sure that someone went to go look for it. When it wasn’t available, he helped me find a similar item, loaded it onto a cart for me, and took me to check out to ensure that I received a fair price for the items that I did choose.

We met two of the best people ever who absolutely helped us with a smile and great attitude. Char and George made us feel good and helped us with our needs perfectly. They are amazing and caring. We always have a wonderful experience here. Always.

Every Associate I came across while walking around the store asked how can I help? They also spoke first to me and I appreciated that. Other locations should take the lead from this store.

Shavon a customer service rep, Carlos the manager and Shu a store leader were all increíbly helpfull people. They took whatever time was needed, and made every effort to help us process our return. Without their help, we would have not been able to accomplish it. Thank you guys!!
