Would like to make a point of praise for CINDY HANCHETT - APPLIANCE SPECIALIST for her help.

I just love the fact that this store has everything I need for work and home. With my Home Depot credit card it's easy to get what I need and make payments on it. Home Depot makes sure that I stay equipped in a competitive business and I can rely on them having to right tools I need

Bought refrigerator in October. John was personable & knowledgeable regarding products - features & availability. Even after the sale, John was most helpful in assisting with product assembly not covered in the LG handbook.

I love that this Home Depot keeps a profile of my paint purchases for the exact match when touch ups are needed! Dinah W.

There's nowhere to stand at the self check out that clearly shows a customer is waiting to check out and leave. If you even start walking over to the next available self check out, man will simply step in front of you and start checking his items out instead.

I’m from Cali & don’t have a Home Depot close. Visiting my son & went in to find an item.What I found was GREAT customer service!

For such a large store (probably the busiest in our area), THOMAS in lumber took his time to listen to my project and it's full scope. He made recommendations and selected the lumber, cut it to size and made certain I could handle it. (I'm rather short!!). KUDOS to HD for hiring THOMAS.

I want to convey my gratitude for the excellent customer service I experienced at your store on 6/8/23. I was lucky enough to encounter one of your employees Angela Kaepemik. Throughout my visit she was very courteous and helpful, we had an issue with a refrigerator that is not working and had problems with the extended warranty. Angela went out of her way to ensure the issue was addressed. She provided an outstanding customer service that truly exceeded my expectations and made me feel valued as a customer.

I purchased new flooring for my home and love the look an quality. The young lady in flooring (Jaykayla) really knows her stuff, she gave me professional and friendly service.

Steven Bartholomew of the Lumber department was outstanding. He executed SEVERAL custom cuts of wood paneling for me on successive days, never thinking twice about the work, and never making it appear as if I was imposing on his time. He did so willingly and it was my impression he treats all his customers the same based upon my observation with the person he helped right before me... same attentiveness and making sure her needs were met as well.

Today when I went to this Home Depot. Several team members were very courteous. As I tried to navigate the aisle with a mobility wheelchair, they were aware of being an obstacle for me to get through the aisle and moved the cart they were using to stock the shelf so I could get past them. The clerk at self-checkout was also very courteous and helpful.

Went to the garden section with my dog and everyone there was so nice and helpful to me and my pup.

The customer service is great and the associates are friendly and helpfulness. Easy access to get the products I need. The store is cleaner compare to other stores.

Chris M. from hardware dept. is very helpful, competent and knowledgeable and he helped me pick the right replacement tie backs and parts to repair my old 23 year old Rubbermaid utility shed. I am an elderly senior woman and I don't have a garage, and his help was instrumental for the effective shed repairs.

I was in the store recently to buy some home reno stuff. New doors, paint, plumbing fixtures etc. Scott was so friendly and helpful in the plumbing department. And Barbara helped me at check out she was awesome!

Every time we go to this location, we are kindly greeted, offered assistance, helped to find/obtain a product and efficiently checked out!

Definitely an above and beyond excellent customer service experience.

Josue in lumber helped me to get a flat cart, pushed the cart around and loaded all the product, took it to the cahier for me, then proceeded to load the product onto my truck. He is a compliment to Home Depot and an exemplar of young men in the work force.
