This store once had great pro desk employees who could help now that has changes in the wrong direction. You have a part time housewife and another guy who doesn't know the difference between a hammer and a screwdriver. Thanks for the help bye bye

I know this store well so I very seldom need help but there is always someone around to ask if I do need assistance. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I shop here a lot and it is my favorite got to home improvement store.

Bad store to order online,pickup at store! Order placed at 12:33 PM , a single garbage disposal was not pulled at 4:00 PM. What a SHAME

It was so easy to get into the store, get what I wanted and get out.

I love the Christmas tree I bought at the store! It's perfect shape and fragrance are so pleasing. I appreciate Jodi and the guys who helped me in the tree shop.

I knew what I wanted but didn't have a clue where to find it. At the entrance a woman was organizing a sale table so I asked her. Not only did she tell me the isle she TOOK me to the exact location (of course the other side of the store) I needed. That's the customer service of the pre Nardelli Home Depot days. Upon check out I asked the cashier Diane (who was also very nice & helpful) what the persons name was that helped me. So I would like to say a BIG thank you to Slavica that's what customer service should be.

I asked my wife to buy some additional GRK construction screws for a home project I was working on. I gave her the empty plastic container from screws I had already used and asked her to buy more of the same. When she entered the store she showed the marked container to the first associate she encountered and inquired as to where the screws were located. He escorted her to exact location and personally selected the screws for her. She was delighted.

Fast and reliable when i need something. If planning to fix your house come to this store

The ladies that helped me were very friendly and helpful. I don't always get such good help when I come to the store.

The associate who assisted me with my appliance purchase was both knowledgeable and helpful. He didn't automatically direct me to the most expensive choice, but listened to our needs and showed me a variety of washing machines to fit those needs. His honesty is greatly appreciated.

I shop here frequently and always find what I'm looking for in order to perform any home improvements I am making.

I am very pleased with Dave ( at the cash /return) and Nat on the floor near row 44; both were very nice and helped me to choose the right product for my needs. I rarely go to big hardware stores; I feel lost with so many " sound and look alike" - a lot of choice- but they look like a jungle for me.

too long a wait to answer question about mums that were on sale. I walked away from buying since we repeatedly paged for someone to help the cashier who couldn't answer my question about size of blossoms on certain mums.

Like most Home Depot stores, this is very well organized, clean, large isles, clean restrooms, plenty of available and helpful assistants. And you can be sure to find most items on your wish list from a hardware store. For sure I will return here for as long as I will still have home projects to get done.

The associate immediately helped when I had some questions about the seasonal plants. This really helped to shorten my trip. The register person was also quite friently and helpful. She offered the plastic tarp to protect my car from the various plants I purchased. Both of them made my visit enjoyable.

This store is always clean with an ample number of friendly store associates to assist the customer and offer helpful advice.
