The store is well laid out and fun to shop in. There are always interesting things to see and consider buying. For the most part, if they don't have it, I don't need it.

I had been coming into the store for 3-4 consecutive days/nights dealing with a clogged bathroom sink. I had purchased 3 different chemicals, a hand plunger and manual spin snake gun with no results. I had had help from 2 different associates on these 3-4 occassions. On my 3rd or 4th visit one of the associates came over to me and said " you still have the clog"? I told him everything I had done including having to cut off the tip of the spin snake in order to get it to go past the 4 prong sink stopper holder. This got the spin snake past the prongs but did not allow the snake to go past the normal pipe turns so I was back in to try one more chemical before having to call a plumber. The associate explained things to me and helped me to purchase a power spin drain gun which did take care of the clog. I was amaized that he had remembered my problem and was so willing to stop what he had been doing to help me and to help me purchase the snake gun after he realzed how much money I had spent on my previous efforts.

store is a maze. clerks don't know where things are. Associates aren't eager to help, or give inaccurate locations of things. When I asked a question to some women, they called me "grandma" -- "Abuela" in Spanish, pointing at me and laughing, before they took off. . Spent twice as much time as I should have used to find things. I used store sku's which helped, but I needed to repeat them, again and again and again. one woman said "aisle 2" when she meant "aisle 7." No store map -- do the stores follow ONE pattern in relation to inventory? Associate in Electrical ignoring me. was told by associate that the fuses were "in back." before that associate hurried off. I was NOT told the fuses were on the BACK WALL ON THE LEFT. I was told about some aisle, but was not informed that the store has different aisle numbers in the back. Also, the store has "bays" in each aisle, which indicate where things are. Apparently, very few of the sales associates know about this, too. Tried to keep my sense of humor intact. when I was trying to find a snowblower item, the one clerk in that aisle found another one, who found another one... no one checked the overstock. luckily my sku helped, but they couldn't seem to find any in that section. when they suggested that maybe I didn't need it, I gave them proof that I knew what that item was used for. Store size made me want to drop breadcrumbs. No in-store map to help out. the one person who knew what he was doing was in Plumbing, and even he had to research the item on the store computer before it was found. I accepted the item that he pulled from the shelf,blowing the dust off of it. I hope it doesn't clog from all that dirt and grit on it. the store doesn't carry shearpins or specialized kits one needs for one's snow equipment. The good thing is that there are sales associates who speak Spanish for non English speakers. I didn't find all the items I needed, but I wasn't about to waste more time and be misdirected/guided again and again, to find the correct item. That could wait for another day, and/or another store. IF/WHEN you shop t this store, make a list of the store sku's, the location and bay number of the item, and what the website claims is in stock. Also print out a copy of the store's map. Keep in mind that there are more aisles in the back of the store. And when someone says "In back" ask them to verify if the item is on the back WALL.

Good staff very helpfull most of the time. Some time the store does not have strain Irene's in inventory.

This store is my "second" home...the staff is fabulous!!

This store always seem to have helpful and friendly associates. It's not as hard to find helpful associates as other HD stores I've visited.

I have nothing but great things to say about my recent purchases from this HD. The sale associate, was very helpful and patient and addressed all my concerns. Keep up the Great work Mr associate. You have made quite an impression.

When I first walk into the store, an associate always asked, do I need help in finding something. I think this is great because it promotes a friendly atmosphere. The store is always clean and the associates are busy working and not talking to each other. The seasonal products are placed so you can see them when you come in and I find that helpful. I love coming to this store because I can find anything that I'm looking for. I have brought major appliances at this store and I always come back because the associates are very helpful and make sure you are getting the right product. God bless this store!!!!

I had the best associate, Edmond, who helped me pick out combination deadbolt sets for 4 doors. he carefully checked the packages to make sure that the keys would all be keyed alike. It made a huge difference for me.

Ran in to see if there were any bonfire birch logs left and to my surprise, there were!!! I grabbed two and on my way to the register, the associate from the garden center, told me that some of the logs didn't have wicks. He went back to find one with a wick and offered to carry it to the register... so I grabbed a few more! While at the register, he brought me over a carriage! It is so nice when somebody goes out of their way for you and is helpful. It is very RARE in any store you go to these days!!!! This guy definitely deserves kudos for his customer service!!! I left there very happy!!!

The sales associates in this store are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The information offered about refrigerators was on point and pertinent to making a smart purchase.

I needed a storage shelf for my basement I was able to find the aisle right away items were stocked and clearly marked with price was in and out -no wait in lines either

The store has friendly and helpful customer service. Got what I needed quickly and at a good price.

I waited for assistance for over 15 min in plumbing and had 2 men on the clock waiting and it still took over 30 more minutes to get the water heater out of the over head items should be more assessable

They have gone over and above several times to help me with issues with store purchases. David from Gardens was awesome. I had recently bought a chainsaw from you that refused to start. He took the time to go through the system with me..Highly recommend this store.
