The most pleasant experience I've ever had dealing with a Home Depot Service Desk. Diana was very pleasant, thorough, and professional. She identified my issue and addressed it promptly. HD needs more employees like Diana! Wonderful demeanor and personality.

I used to enjoy spending time at Home Depot - West Roxbury; the staff is fairly helpful; the garden center is top shelf; and the store was usually well-stocked. But lately, it looks very dirty. The Men's Restroom appears to be a public health hazard! This chain makes enough money that it can invest a little money in the upkeep of its store!!!

I was charged the wrong price for an item and when I complained the price wasn’t honored as it should have been

Te kind of floor manager everyone needs to show the new employees this is how it’s done. When I walked her way, she greeted me and asked me if I needed assistance and I said yes. She found the product and I was happy with the purchase

I went to buy Old English scratch removers but could not find any. So I picked up an unknown brand and went to the customer service to see what the customer reviews are like on that product and see if they offer Old English on line. The customer service manager(first name initial L) stopped his collegue from doing that for me. Instead he told me to go home and search online. There was no line behind me.

The attendants can be very helpful following up to resolve customer's issues .

i was in a wheel chair and staff was very helpful especially the gentleman in the pluming dept help me find the items i could not reach. the cashier Vera assisted me in filling out the credit card form. the staff treated me with respect and dignity.
