Eric was awesome in assisting me with my exchange.

I know nothing about electrical stuff but the knowledgeable staff members kindly showed me how to get a project done.

I went to the Home Depot on Wesley Chapel, Decatur, and was blessed to be assisted by one of there staff Members Kimberly T. She went above and beyond to assist with both my orders. She was not only professional, but she was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She was patient with my questions about the appliances and she even gave a follow up call back for further assistance. From the bottom of my heart Kimberly, THANK YOU, you made this purchase a breeze for me.

First off, I had to do a return of an item and when done with the return I did have other shopping to do, and I was helped at every corner of the store. Asked if I needed any help carrying my items I wanted to buy and I had no issues locating anything I needed, the employee even lead me to the area where I could find the things, I came for.

I’m writing this review again because Corp and the store need to know what an outstanding gentleman who assisted us at your store. You didn’t have cashiered registers and we had a full cart. Both me and my gf were standing there a little confused as we moved here from Chicago. Still getting used to the no cashier thing. Nigel the gentleman in question with zero hesitation asked us if we were checking out and took matters into his own hands and checked us out scanning everything in our full cart. This level of customer service is outstanding and was very kind and friendly to us in line. He was also quick and mannered in the situation. I thanked him and let him know how much I appreciated this. I even made mention to an assistant store manager. I wish I had stopped the district manager who was in as well to give Nigel a higher commendation.

This by far is the worst Home Depot that I have ever visited. Customer service of store employees is disgusting.

Ms. Norma in appliances provides, great fast service and was a breath of fresh air when I purchased my new refrigerator.

I have always been a Home Depot customer and may continue to do so. Works with a lot of elderly and single mothers and always look for the opportunity to pass savings on to them and when that’s taken away I become upset.

I shop at this location and I was satisfied with my contact with staff.

Staff is so kind, but they need Apple Pay.

The front store manager and cashier daijah was very kind and helpful. I will be visiting this location again!

Many of the employees in Milworks are not trained. And asking for a manager is a complete waste of time. Mark as to be among the worst.

Recommend this Home Depot for great customer service snd checkout

I frequent this location quite often to purchase supplies for my handyman projects. The associates are always friendly and helpful which cuts down on the amount of time spent in the store.

Very friendly and fully staffed. Checkout was quick. Exactly what you want from a home depot

I'm giving an excellent review on product availability and cleanliness but, most of all, this store hires senior citizens who add an element of caring to their customers. Fast, helpful, efficient. That's why I shop at Wesley Chapel Home Depot.

Home Depot Flat Schoals is a great location. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I found the perfect Command wall hooks that I needed to use in my bathroom with my shower curtains tiebacks, the exact color i needed as well.

Went to return some items even after I presented my receipt , they made me feel like I had stolen the items I purchased with my hard earned money at the home Depot on Wesley chapel in Decatur Ga please don't inquire about cash refund because they say specifically at this one they do not do this. I know for a fact that this is untrue. Felt more like I was being racially profiled than any unfortunately..

I really had a nice experience at the Home Depot today, even though the store was super busy with people dealing with the aftermath of frozen pipes. Both Joy and Cynthia helped me with a smile on their face and made me feel as though they loved making their customers feel special! Great job you two keep up the good work, you are making a difference!
