Today I went into home Depot because of problems with my hedge trimmers I bought there. I spoke to about five people. Four of the five went way beyond great customer service. I was shocked at how friendly they were. Ari Johnson was the best.

I bought Grease Monkey nitrile gloves and I am very happy that I did! They do not rip or tear easily.

I purchased a washing machine and other items last week and my experience was great. Kay in the appliance department was extremely helpful, friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to assist me. in finding what I hope is the right washer (it's not installed yet). Also, I ran into Bo, to ask him about a yard edger. He stopped and left the area where he was going to assist me in another department. He, too, was very helpful and friendly.

This store has the worst customer service ever.

It was so easy buying things to renovate my house.

My recent experience at this Home Depot was a great one due to Tee in plumbing and Karen the cashier . Friendly environment for me and my granddaughter

I wonderful guy named Henny helped me tremendously with finding and cutting the wood I needed for me. He was very knowledgable about the project I was working on and made the experience very personal and memorable! Give this guy a raise! My cashier Ashley was also wonderfully kind and quick in assisting my checkout!

I asked the self help cashier to remove an item from my tab because I didn’t want to purchase it. She assisted in removing the item but then left it and started to walk away, leaving the check out screen in admin mode. Because it was not in customer check out mode, I didn’t know how to work the system. I had to keep asking her back to the screen to help me move through it. I asked her if she could return the screen to the customer facing mode so I could check out on my own. She said “you got it” and walked away. But then each time I had to ask her back to progress through the screens she got an attitude. Had she just put the screen back to customer mode I could’ve left her alone. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this store’s staff.

PLEASE, hire enough staff to assist the large volume of customer's.

This is one of the most helpful Home Depot stores I have ever shopped. They help you with your entire project and walk you to the aisle if necessary . They make it easy and less stressful .

I enjoyed my visit to the Wesley Chapel Home Depot it was a great experience and the staff was very attentive to my needs and they provided excellent service.

Placed order online and delivered incorrect amount. Called store and CS was deplorable. Went to the store and the assistant manager was no better. They all need to be retrained. They should not be dealing with the public whatsoever.

I made a few custom orders...window screens and blinds. All three associates were simply amazing. All were friendly, knowledgeable and patient with me. This was the best shopping experience I have received in a long time. Kudos to Treece, Awa and Travis!

Store Management was very Helpful in helping me locate the items I needed for my project.

I was in Home Depot last week because I needed anchors to put up a towel rack. This time I needed a new door knob, and both of my visits were very good very quick. I got in and out and got exactly what I needed. Very pleased.

I just purchased hot water heater, washer and other items. Staff was friendly, helpful and courteous.

This Home Depot has been priceless in satisfying my needs. I had a DIY project involving flooring and replacing drywall . The associates at this location were very helpful in guiding me to the correct products to complete my project. And they were patient listening to what I was trying to do.

Shoutout to Kay. She has been awesome. Great customer service.

I love the helpful staff. Treece was amazing. She found an item on the shelf that I couldn't find. I need the item for my kitchen remodel. The employees are always willing to go above and beyond. Treece deserve a huge acknowledgement from her management staff! You need to reward employees like her that go above and beyond without asking!!!

She was not only professional, but she was an absolute pleasure to talk to. She was patient with my questions about the appliances and she even gave a follow up call back for further assistance.
