Worst Customer Service among (4) Locations
I have shopped Home Depot stores at Midtown, Wages Drive, Buckhead & Wesley Chapel. If you need customer assistance, avoid Wesley Chapel, even if they have the merchandise. Unless you have plenty of time to wait and seek help from multiple associates.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service in the retail industry, Wesley Chapel store is the most disgusting store ever. Never have items in stock, customer service sucks and can't get anyone to assist.

Ceiling Fans - Not a great number of great fan sizes to choose from selections
I went to purchase a fan that was in the 60 inch blade range. The inventory was extremely lacking and overpriced. I went online and found much better quality and pricing outside of the Home Depot website. I'll never shop for another ceiling fan again at Home Depot. I got a very nice 66 inch fan at a price much less than a 54 inch fan at Home Depot.

Love this place
The team took care of me looking for this tool I needed to complete a project back at home. I will be back based off customer service and the friendly people who took care fo me while I was there.

Store Performance
I like this Home Depot because it is close to my home. I don't like the fact that when I go the Check Out, there is always an associate there to assist but I would like to Scan and pay for my items myself. If I need help, I know how to ask but for the associates to just keep the scanner, What is self check out about then. Let me scan and pay for my items myself. It's SELF CHECK OUT.

Terrible customer service
Need to get with CFA on customer service model and hire people who want to work. Every person who enters the store should be greeted especially when they come out with amount of items I purchased. Over $1,400.00 on this visit alone.

Damaged my vehicle
I bought fence pickets and the loader was rushing to load them and pushed one of them in so far that it went past my daughter's head, who was in the front seat, and ripped into my dashboard. An incident report was done in the store and I was told by Paula that it was out of the store's hand and I should be hearing from someone. I'm still waiting.

“New Management”
Times past when shopping in the store, the store didn’t have a welcoming experience. Fast forward to my recent visit I learned the store has new management staff. Which explains why the shopping environment was totally different. Thanks for a great experience.

Outdoor lightbulb shopping.
Came to this location to find outdoor lightbulb. The employees work together as a team to help me find what I was needing there was a huge selection of the items that I was looking for lots of employees in the store. Everybody was kind, courteous and helpful. Very surprising because good customer service is hard to find, but that wasn’t a problem for me on that day at the Home Depot on Wesley Chapel. So happy I chose that location.

Best location for everything I need
I’m a long time Home Depot customer and I must say that this location always has what I need and if they don’t, they’re willing to order it for me with two day shipping you can’t beat that. The staff is always friendly and helpful and I never had a problem at this location. I love my local Home Depot.

Koyia is an exemplary associate!
My husband and I came into the store for help purchasing a dishwasher that was not available online. Koyia assisted us with our purchase and she made the experience smooth and stress-free. We are excited for the delivery of our new dishwasher and we will definitely revisit this store to seek Koyia’s help as we continue our home improvement projects.

NOT THE WORST BUT NOT GREAT
Resse in customer service was amazing and Zack was really helpful it got to the point of delivery when I couldn’t get my item I had to wait 4 extra days because I was supposed to receive a new grill and they tried to deliver a display which was terrible it took for Brandon form Lawrenceville location and Nat from customer service to fix the issue if I didn’t intervene I would have had rusted grill which cost me to lose a client which is never fun

Customer service has improved!! Applause!
This store has turned around their customer service. They greet you when you arrive and ensure that your needs are met. They were even outside on a snow day shoveling a path for customers. Great job!

Great Customer Service
I went to the Wesley Chapel location feeling a little hesitant because I felt It would take me all day to track down a store rep to help me with my appliance purchase.
To my surprise, a very nice sales person saw that I needed help, she acknowledged me letting me know she would be over to help me. With her help as well as being very knowledgeable about the appliance I needed, I was able to complete my purchase and schedule my delivery date in less than an hour. Wow, what great customer service.

Bad customer service
I generally avoid this location. In July, I ordered items to be picked up from curbside. They never brought the items after I waited for 30 minutes and I had to call customer service to cancel the order. This was so disappointing given I could not get out the car. This location gives Home Depot a bad name with workers who seem like they don’t want to be there.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
I came in the store yesterday for some tools and paint. The workers are so RUDE ABD HAVE A TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. They must hate their job because it clearly showed in their face and attitude towards their customers. They were useless.

Better Customer Service, Please
I went to this location on 8/4/24, & what a reality check of how depending on where you live determines the quality of life as well as service. I've been to other Home Depot stores in higher income areas, especially during down time. Those stores, you had so many employees willing to help, you have to repeated tell them you're ok. This store, I left there so disappointed in my community to know we don't even try to assist one another even when we're getting paid to do so. Employees were missing in action, grouped up talking with one another, & on their phones. I even heard a conversation I think they should've waited until after I done checking out to finish. That goes to show you how much respect has changed. When i did get a hold on an employee, I was a huge bother to those employees for even asking for help. It took well over an hour just to get what I needed from there. I felt bad for the young lady in paint department who had to carry most of the load for the store. I appreciate her helping the best that she could.
