I waited 30 mins to get some help getting something from the top shelf. The store was dirty, all the corridors has boxes and stuff on the floor. Three of the employees I asked for help were just laughing and hanging out, one of them told me to just "go back there and wait". Neither of them made eye contact or even turn to talk to me when I was talking to them. Very disrepectful, rude and unprofessional employees work here. On a good note, there was a young man who helped me and did not stop until I had my item in hand. All other employees I dealt with this evening... no words

I was so happy to find this item in an extra-large size and at a great price, I will be shopping for this item when needed from Home Depot always in the near future.

I would like the thank the cashier Donna at the Home Depot store 0118 for being so nice to me at the check out point and the employees in the door department.

The store was clearn.

Items not in stock. I went to this store to get an item that their website/app indicated 15 were in stock. The employee could not find even one. And that area was a mess - he had to search through boxes and items pulled off the hooks, so I give him credit for trying. He told me another store had 10. I told him this store supposedly has 15, so that doesn't really help. He tried to call another store to verify if the item was in stock, but had trouble reaching someone to verify. I asked customer service if they could ship the item to my home with free shipping for my trouble and was told no. And she said 15 was not a large number. Huh? So how many does it have to indicate to expect to find just one???? If the app said it only had 2 or 3, I wouldn't expect it... but 15?

Was in this store today and was surprised by the helpful employees who were both helpful and friendly. I did not have to look for anything, all I had to do was ask, and I was taken to it. Check out was a breeze no waiting around. I was in and out in no time. Great job Home Depot that's the way it should be.

I rate this store a 4 because the main thing is the kindness and pleasantness of the associates. Especially the women. The young women in this store are so professional.

I don’t like that the parking lot is always full of trash.

Good store, we have purchased many supplies for our home needs. We appreciate Home Depot being in our neighborhood where we do not have to go 30-50 miles to acquire our goods and services. As for the employees please stress the importance to just ask if any customers they pass need just a little bit of help. Thanks

Please provide better customer service. I love this store in my community but I need to be treated like you want me to spend my money in the store. Ms. Q’s attitude is horrible and should not be put on display as the customer service agent. She has a coach badge on her apron but I hope she is not training other employees because her attitude is trash. She may do better stocking shelves at night when the store is empty. I am more than willing to provide some customer service tips from the customer’s perspective at any time.

Please find employees want to work. 3 people stood out to me and was willing to help, Emmanuel, daijza and terhonda. Everyone else seem to busy and or getting ready for their break.

Lots of " woke" culture here on full display. I was involved with a verbal altercation with a customer who accused me of cutting in front of her, even though I was trying to use a different service. The employees were egging her on rather than diffusing the situation.

Excellent manager, very helpful and professional

The management is rude and does not honor their own advertising. Also the employees within the aisles avoid the customers and never approach to assist with out being asked. When they are called over the intercom it takes an unacceptable amount of time for one to appear.

Typically we make a Home Depot run often. Being homeowners, who are handy and gardeners, there is always something for us to venture into and Our Home Depot is our resource central.

My Kitchen designer Mrs. Ann Klubertanz gave me excellent advice, did a thorough job in design and order. The price was great! I got a 30% discount on the whole order.

I love home depot but for this one I call it do it your Home Depot because there have been lots times no one was in the location I needed help

I consider this my store. They always have what I need. I can usually find it on my own, but when I can't I usually can find an employee who will tell me where to find it

This particular store stood out in this instance because the customer service representative, Naya, took the time to check availability on an item I wanted right away. She checked the store inventory first when I told her there were no more of the Globe Unicorn Tap Light I wanted. She then called another store in my area who did have the items I wanted for a birthday gift. Naya gave my request just as much attention as if I were a customer buying a large quantity of items or expensive merchandise. This was a very positive experience, and I commend Naya for her excellent customer service!
