Two people who work in the pumbling part, a gentleman and a woman who were there, were treating people very badly, with bad answers and they were not interested in helping to look for a product, when I went to ask for help it was the same thing, the two were not interested and they were super arrogant, I don't know why they are working at home depot, I really like shopping at home depot but I will definitely think before going to that location again

Workers operated in a Spirit of Excellence!

Bought the last of an item from Cyber Monday Sale but this item had been returned and was in the secured area somehow. A manager (Amie) noticed and took care of my return item and switched item out for a new one.

I have had multiple poor customer service experiences at this location, especially at the Customer Service Desk and at Tool Rental. The employees seemed annoyed to have to help me. Apparently I was interrupting personal conversations that were being had.

There were a lot of customers ready to check out this morning 11/10/22. Cashier Jacqueline W was ready for us. She provided GREAT SERVICE and with a BIG SMILE!!!

Found everything I wanted and needed, store was very clean and neat and the staffm cashiers and stock ppl very friendly

Please remind the staff, it is okay not to be on their cell phones to text while they are at work. They should focus more on customer service.

Ms. Joy at the register, Ms. Charessa, and Mr. Williams. They provide some of the best customer service that I have ever received her in Atlanta. The store didn't have a Dehumidifier that I wanted. Ms. Charessa and Mr. Williams went to great lengths to make sure that I got my Dehumidifier. I left the store a VERY happy customer and it didn't hurt that Home Depot takes a lot of pride in their military customers. Great job!!!!!

Samirah is a great asset to the company she was friendly, kind and held onto my light bulbs I left in the store thank you ma'am!!! your thoughtfulness is appreciated!

Received excellent customer service at this Home Depot. Was greeted and asked if I needed assistance within about 30 seconds of entering the store. When I did need help a nearby associate was able to help right away. Two lovely and very young ladies (Morgan and Kierra) checked me out and when I asked for an empty box to help carry out my purchase, one of them quicky found one. Way to go Wesley Chapel HD!

I typically find that I am looking for and don't need to interact with employees. This time, I was there in a rush for an emergency repair, and I was able to get help right away, not just from customer service, but from the employees on the floor. Great visit overall.

THIS HOMEDEPOT STORE IS VERY POPULAR WITH CONTRACTORS AND HANDYMEN DUE TO ITS ABUNDANCE OF BUILDING MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES RENTAL EUIPTMENT,

Floor sales associate are not eager to help that's if you can find one. Cashiers are usually friendly. I always have problems with delivery. Either the deliver the wrong items or don't deliver on date and time agreeded to. I would not recommend DELIVERY if you want your items on time. In construction time is money.

Anastasia was so professional so kind and so knowledgeable everything I asked for she showed me different products different prices and she knew what she was talking about every customer that comes into that store wants to be service by an employee like Anastasia know what they're doing they get you in and they get you out and it get you the best price she should be employee of the month plus a raise next time I go in there I'm going to ask her about this too

I came in to buy a water heater and it took me an hour to get waited on and checked out.

There's nothing wrong with being in the hood, however there should be a system that helps those contractors that are working below market rate to professionally present themselves instead of hanging out in front of the store.

Friendly cashier and well-stocked for the items that I wanted. However, the parking lot is saturated with litter, daylaborers, homeless people, and random people selling BBQ food. The property could use some enhanced landscaping, and add plants near trees in the landscaped medians throughout the parking lot while removing temporary signs advertising buying homes, roof replacement, taxes services, etc.

The lumber female associate was rude as heck. She was not helpful, rude and clearly needs a new job. She cut my lumber incorrect on purpose...then the cashier (Monica)did not measure it and over charged me. Horrible experience!!!

Mr Gill helped find a bath tub removal tool for me even though it was not his department. The item was stacked high above the displays and he got a ladder to help me.

I have been trying to find certain items at other locations and I always end up back at Wesley Chapel location where the stock of items of what I need are more.
