Found what I came in for which is usually the case. Shelves were stocked adequately and organized. Helpful polite employees.

It can be overwhelming buying parts for a home project and the staff here are always helpful and have a positive attitude. I always feel like they are willing to take the time to help me locate items or explain things I don't understand.

Product not installed. Installer came unprepared to stall. Since my husband has installed the gas vent for the dryer and I'm sure we will be installing the gas line I've asked to have the installation fee and kit refunded since I did not receive either. I do not believe I will see any refund. It took me 12 year to go back to Home Depot for a major purchase because the last time the installer stole from me and Home Depot did nothing even after the guy admitted he did steel from me .

I had to replace a hot water tank previously bought and had the greatest experience ever. I was dreading the transaction process, but I was pleasantly surprised by the expertise of a young man named Tom. He guided me through the return quickly and efficiently. He explained the return policy, gave me store credit, had the tank removed from my vehicle, and then loaded the new tank himself. I was done and on my way within 20 minutes. I will definitely use the Home Depot store in West Mifflin for all of my home needs.

It was a very pleasant experience at the store in appliance’s. The employee Toni was so helpful very pleasant .

On every visit I am asked if I need help from floor employees. This is not the case in very many stores. Keep up the good work!!!

Great local store that is close to my house. Have went to this store many times to buy items that I need. I really enjoy ordering online then picking up at store or having delivered to the house. Team members are very friendly and easy to get the help I need when I am there.

I have been a Home Depot shopper for decades. If I have an idea, Home Depot has a way for me to make it come true. Their products give a fresh look to whatever project you have in mind, their employees are so helpful with so many suggestions on ways to help you find a way to make it happen.

If you are in need of advise for the lawn and garden department. Ask for Jamie, she was extremely helpful in assisting me with my project. She was very knowledgeable and very kind.

I was purchasing supplies for a small kitchen floor job and associates assisted with product location, loading of vinyl floor tile and someone even assisted loading my entire purchase into my car.

Due to the excellent service at Home Depot in West Mifflin, PA, I prefer to make the 1/2 hour drive here versus going to a competitor store that is 5-10 minutes from my home. At Home Depot I don’t have to make a long search for employees for assistance, and they are knowledgeable unlike what I’ve run into elsewhere. Today for example even though did not have the precut pressure treated lumber I wanted out on the rack, employee Julian accurately cut the sections I needed.

This was an amazing experience for my family and myself. We were helped by Bob in appliances and we could not have been happier. He was knowledgeable, patient and very pleasant to work with. We will come back to this store for sure just because of this experience. Thank you so much for your help.

Needed to purchase a new refrigerator. The employee we dealt with very approachable,friendly, knowledgeable about the product we were interested in, and efficient in assisting with the order process. The estimated delivery date we were given was accurate. All went smoothly with delivery and install. Communication was perfect and gave accurate time frames and what to expect. Service was exactly how it should be

I was looking for a particular dehumidifier I saw online and the wrong one was in its place on the shelf. I asked an employee for help and he confirmed the one on the shelf was incorrect and proceeded to locate the item in a different area of the store. It was high up on a pallet so he brought in another employee to use the forklift to get it down for me. He even confirmed that the item # was correct to make sure it was the right product. Very thankful he was able to help me on such a tedious venture.
