On 10/13/2015 I went to Home Depot in West Roxbury looking around to purchase a new snow blower and an employee by the name of Leo approached us very politely to ask if we needed any help which we did. He was not only polite, attentive and very helpful but also went above and beyond to get us what we needed! I could not say enough good things about him because he was just the best employee we've encountered there! I highly recommend anyone that needs help to seek him out! Home Depot NEEDS more employees like him that are proactive and customer service oriented!!! I've come accross other home depot employees there who have quite simply seemed annoyed when I asked for help or simply did not seem knowlegeable about the items I needed. Kuddos to Leo!! He's awesome and a keeper!

Whenever we go they are so very helpful. If they don't have what we are looking for they are willing to order it for us. The store is well organized and clean.

The sales assistant who showed up at snowblowers educated us about the pros and cons for each snow blower model. And he gave us a discount for the floor model.

General, has the item(s) that I need. - Quality products with reasonable prices. And I would recommend this store as the first place to shop for home supplies and repairs.

The gentlemen that helped us were very patient as my two toddlers were being just that "toddlers". I was able to get the prices that I needed, information on the items and left with other items that I needed.

I found what I was looking for easily. Check out was easy, cashier was very thorough and very nice.

First experience that I was unable to shop for items to complete our new bathroom. Went to isle to look at lighted medicine cabinet and sales associates were closing the isle. Continued to next isle for a bath wall cabinet and that isle was closed. Disappointing to go out on a Saturday morning and not be able to go into the isles. Store items should be stocked when the store is closed. Not on a Saturday morning which is prime time for customers to go out shopping. Never experienced this before in West Roxbury !

I went to the store looking for a few specific products; prior to the store visit, I went online to determine if a particular product was in stock, and the website indicated 120 items were in stock. When I got to the store, I did not find the item on the shelf. An associate I spoke with said the product was probably recently delivered and had not yet been stocked, so he went out back with a forklift, found the product, and brought it into the store for me. He was very helpful. Another associated truly went out of his way to help me. When a particular tool I was looking for was not available, he actually said he had one in his car, and let me borrow it. This was quite surprising, considering I just met the guy, but his friendliness and helpfulness was very much appreciated. It made my visit to the store a complete success.

MOST EVERYTHING WAS GREAT ABOUT THIS STORE EXCEPT FOR ONE THING, THE PRODUCT ITEM I WAS TRYING TO REMOVE (50LBS BAGS OF DRIVEWAY FILLER )WAS ON A FULL PALLET ON THE 2ND TIER OF THE STORAGE RACKS WERE TOO HEAVY AND TOO HIGH TO UNLOAD BY MYSELF

everything was perfected . Then I went back on next week to purchase all new aplaiance to my kitchen .

I'm at Home Depot at least once a week for something, to the point that I know and they know the help. The store is always in good order and clean and there is always suffient help and they know where things are in the store.

This is our preferred Home Depot - it's a little on the smaller side, but that just makes it easier to find things. The associates are generally extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We've shopped in pretty much every department and never had a bad experience. In particular, the lawn and garden center employees are fantastic.

It's clear that the people at this garden center know a great deal about plants. Almost all of the plants in my yard have come from Home Depot, and are thriving. Over the years I've been guided by advice from Terri and others who take the time to explain which plants will grow well in certain locations; how to treat plant diseases; and much more. I enjoy coming to this center because of the time and knowledge these associates share with their customers. These sales people Rock!

In the past store associates were hard to find and not very helpful. Within the last six months I've noticed improvements -- store associates are now not only able to be found but are very friendly and knowledgeable about product locations and product uses.

I am that dreaded customer: someone who comes in just before closing. But my need was fairly straightforward, and an associate was cheerfully willing to tell me where to find what I was looking for. When I approached the cashier, he was adaptable, friendly, and quickly had me on my way. Thanks, guys!

Frankly, I went to HD not really looking forward to purchasing a bunch of heavy items for a garden project. We purchased a lot of dirt and bagged items from the garden center that were really heavy, but one of the sales associates was so helpful loading these items onto our cart as well as even loading them into our car. We tried to tip him after he loaded everything in the car and he refused the tip. Hats of to him for working so hard on such a hot day!

Outstanding helpful associates and cashiers great store experience.

I purchased an item from Home Depot.com and on the way out decided to open the package to see what type of batteries my item needed. It needed 2 AA batteries, so I picked up some batteries and went to the cashier. The cashier asked if I needed a bag, I said no, just drop them in this box. The cashier started to dig through my box and start looking at the Items in the box, I was a bit shocked and she asked me "Do you have a receipt for this?" (the item in my box) i was stunned and said "yes its right there in the box" She reached into the box and pulled out the packing slip. On my way home I thought about all of the things I should have said and done when this happened!! I am so appalled bu this and will never return to this store! I want an apology from this cashier!

I LOOKED FOR THE INTERCOM ,COULD NOT FIND THEM. WENT TO THIS NICE YOUNG MAN AND ASKED HIM ,HE WENT RIGHT TO THEM. HE OPENED THE BOX TO SEE IF IT COULD DO WHAT I WANTED IT FOR. IT DID SO I HAVE IT NOW IN MY HOME . IT IS A WIRELESS ONE :)
