      Answer This Question

A:  Hello, Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, the AQ-5300 nor the AQ-5300+ Max Flow will help reduce or remove arsenic from the drinking water. Our Reverse Osmosis System has been tested and certified to NSF/ANSI Standards 42, 53 (includes P473), 58, and 401 to effectively reduce 88 contaminants. It will also help reduce 97% of arsenic in the drinking water. https://www.aquasana.com/under-sink-water-filters/reverse-osmosis-claryum/brushed-nickel-100236725.html -Aquasana Customer Support

Q:I just replaced the new filter for the three stage system but the water just came out for several minutes. I tried to remove all the sumps and put them back but it still didn't work. The water flow was blocked between prefilter and filter A.

A:  I called customer service for a similar situation and had to place a quarter underneath the filter. There was a small space that didn’t allow the filter to engage properly

A:  The under-sink tri filter setup is more-straight forward than the whole house approach where for example the main filter has charcoal etc. that can pressurize upward into the neck and produce a blockage. The only way to resolve is to shut off the water and allow it to settle back out, then turning on the water again, slowly. It's hard to say if the 2nd filter in your setup is behaving similarly. I didn't notice any issues when installing a tri setup under my kitchen sink. The water flowed easily into all filters.
