A:  Hello Gavin! Yes you can use the PA6 (item #96060) This elbow will connect one handrail to another and pivots to hit any angle between 90 and 180 degrees.

            A:  We had our handyman install this but I am fairly certain you need a drill.

              A:  Thank you for your question, the additional hardware required is mounting screws for connecting the handrail mount to the wall. Due to various backing situations (drywall, plaster, concrete, etc.) Dolle does not provide this hardware in our packaging. Please let us know if you have any additional questions
