A:  The warranty is 25 years, it is not slip proof. It is the same color all the way through, same color. It will not fade over time,

A:  No it does not.

A:  The boards are great for all climates, if there's remaining snow or rain, it can be slippery as with any surface, however they dry quickly and can be cleaned easily.

A:  You would have to build up your porch to be watertight before putting these on. We would recommend something that can at least hold up the weight of these tiles along with whatever you plan on using at the top.

A:  You should seal all ends with a water based wood sealer.

If you rip the board, the core will be exposed, which is no different than when you receive 8 foot pre-cut boards. However, we do recommend as best practice, to seal any exposed ends using a water-based sealer made for composite boards.
