Heavy duty great rake and made in USA

Seemed to be a heavy duty rake, too heavy! It was also too short! At least 10" shorter than a standard rake. That made it really weird when trying to use it if you're used to a regular rake, like you needed to take an extra step with every pull of the rake. I didn't like it at all and gave it away to my daughter, then went out and bought a different rake that was longer. This was probably my own fault though because I didn't pay attention that there were different lengths of rakes and Bully offers a 58" and a 66" rake. I got the 58" and did not like it at all. Bought a different rake that is 66" long. Much, much better!

This is a very well made bow rake. I only have one big negative for me personally. I find the circumference of the handle too large just by a little bit. Holding the handle with my front arm for long periods of time results in some cramping. The handle itself is a beast though and this rake will last a long time from what I can tell.

The rivet holding the rake to the handle is a cheap fastener. I expect it to loosen in less than a year. The same rivet holding rake was sharp enough to get cut. Had to file down myself.

This rake, handle and tines are all one piece. This rake won't separate when raking rocks or hard dirt.

My off the shelf Chinese made rake came apart after a few years of relatively moderate usage. I like to buy American products when possible so thought I would try that here. Yes, this rake costs a few dollars more than something offered in the store, but the quality of the Bully rake is light years ahead. It may be the last rake I ever buy!
