World of difference, it's so quiet.

The product is as advertised. It is extremely quiet while in operation. It was easy to install. I would buy another one if I have the need to.

Not as quiet as the Craftsman it replaced. Lighting is badly designed. Only illuminates one end of garage. Buy the model that has two lights.

Bought this garage door opener to replace the Craftsman. The installer said that I made a good choice. However; there were problems with the install. The pulley and the master link with missing from the package. The installer informed me that I was the third customer for the day was the same parts missing. I was not happy that there was going to be a delay with my installation but he had extra parts that he could use..

Did not come with installation instructions!!

Don't Buy If Your Looking For Home Automation. Chamberlain wants $2-$5 per month to integrate the automation into your home system. What a horrible money grab

Works great. Nice & quiet.

We had it professionally installed so I can’t comment as to the ease of installation. But it’s so much quieter and smoother than the previous chain drive model and I really appreciate the Bluetooth connectivity and notifications when the door is open or shut. All in all, a good product.

Please remember. You get what you pay for. While they boast 3-6 year warranty? It is on the motor. If the logic board that operates everything fails at 15 months like mine did? You’re stuck with a non working garage door opener. A 15 month garage door opener is pathetic, so please! Be careful.

Nice opener for the money and easy to install

Product seems to be good. Instal is pretty easy following the app instructions. Battery back up is nice. It’s very quiet.

I just spent an hour with a person at customer service that couldn't speak English and seemed like an idiot. Just to get 1 missing boat replaced. I don't know what I would have done if it required any trouble shooting..

Review for Chamberlain B4613T opener with battery backup, motion sensor internal keypad (no camera) and an exterior keypad. Works very good, extremely quiet and easy to install. The phone app is very convenient! I've seen a lot of negative reviews regarding instructions but that is NOT true. While there are no paper instructions there is a link to extremely detailed video instructions. Of course I didn't use them until I got to the point I needed them LOL... I wasn't sure if there was a specific starting position. I was able to call up the video and quickly determine what point in the timeline I had to go to. In hindsight I should have just watched the video as it is extremely well done and you can zoom in on the illustrations. It's sad that the reviews are impacted by folks that couldn't scan a link or find the video. It literally takes you through every step.

Super quiet, easy install. Instructions were simple to follow with great illustrations. I was shocked how quiet it is compared to my old chain driven opener.
