This is beyond a doubt the worst concrete floor paint I have ever used! Despite adhering to the recommended prep process, it disintegrates on virtually contact with any liquid (including water). Live and learn I guess.

Followed all instructions; had the concrete floor etched,rinsed and dried. The paint covered well; I allowed it to dry for whole week (It is my weekend house) I let the tires to cool down before parking the car.To my disappointment, the paint peeled off from the floor anyway.

Great coverage and easy to apply using a roller with an extension handle. The only issue we had- which I'll take the blame for - was that we had to purchase a 2nd gallon at another local retailer to finish. Even though it was the same color, it was much lighter.

This floor paint has excellent adhesion qualities to clean or newer concrete floors and is formulated for the foot traffic that basements typically endure. The color I chose is "Gull" a most attractive and soft medium gray a bit on the darker side. When used on clean new or bare concrete floors, you are told to thin the gallon with water so the first coat acts like a great primer. Just remember to pour out a portion of the gallon to thin proportionally, instead of thinning the whole gallon like I did the first time and then have order another new gallon just to do the second coat. :( I have used Drylock Gull many times and have had many compliments on the color and soft tone and appearance. It is tough, but will scratch off, so give new coat about 2-3 weeks to harden before setting heavy objects upon it, as they will stick if not hardened.

I used this on my front steps and porch . I followed the two coats as recommended on the can. So far the steps look good and it held up good through a couple of heavy rain storms. The true test will be how it holds up through a winter, but so far I am very happy with the results.

Went on very easy and the coverage is excellent. Seem to be very durable. I used this on an enclosed trailer floor. The floor is ¾ inch plywood and it adhered very well. I did 2 coats. The 1st coat was thinned 50/50 with water and the 2nd coat was put on full strength. I used just over 1 gallon for a 7’ x 14’ V-nose trailer with a 1’ kick board along the sides and a drop ramp. I would recommend this to anyone looking to paint their trailer floor.

Poor area coverage

I will give the floor paint five stars for now. Time will tell how well it will hold up in my workshop. My shop is 1400 sq feet and it took five gallons to do the job. The product description states 500 sq feet per gallons but I think this depends on the condition of the floor

I ordered 2 galllons of Gull Latex concrete paint. There was a significant difference in the color in each can. The were accepted for return after showing pictures of the paint differences, I was issued a return on the 2 gallons of Drylock and I bought the Behr paint and it came out great

Ordered this paint twice. Both times the paint was defective and wouldn’t mix properly. I had to return to the store. Contacted Home Depot and they told me to contact the manufacturer. Don’t risk it. Don’t waste your time.

Great product.been using it for years on my cellar floor.so pleased l may use it on my car port lf I can use dye to make it a more charcoal color.

Product received from Home Depot was congealed. I returned for credit and reordered from another vendor which arrived in a timely manner and was less expensive. The Drylock paint was very good. ( in a non congealed manner ).

I returned this paint. Wasn't what I needed.

Ordered 2 cans - the first arrived damaged with a slow paint bleed through the can, returned that immediately and ordered a replacement. Opened the 2nd to get started on the basement and it was clearly ruined. After attempting to revive it I called the product's customer service hotline. The rep indicated that the product could survive 3 freeze cycles, but if it looks to have a cottage cheese texture (accurately describes what I had) that it had been compromised. She stated that often these will freeze/thaw several times in warehouse and in transit, and does not recommend buying online. I will note that I live in the northeast and we've had a heck of a cold snap, but if Home Depot can't guarantee safe storage/delivery of this item, why are they selling it, especially as an online only item?

This product really exceeded my expectations. I didn't get to paint the garage and workshop floor of a home I was remodeling until the weather turned cold. Someone told me that it would really be too cold for any garage floor to dry, but I really needed to get it painted before I put the house on the market. After a little research and review reading, I decided to give this a try because it wasn't overly expensive. It worked great. I did run a propane heater for about an hour before I started painting to warm the garage somewhat. The paint spread nicely, only took one coat to cover, and dried fairly quickly.

The paint went on well with a brush. I did need two coats as recommended to cover the area fully.

Great product! Hides all concrete imperfections. Easy to apply. I used a quality brush for the first coat on my garage floor. It was a little time consuming but the brush allowed the paint to penetrate into the concrete. Second coat I used a roller. Looks amazing!

Good for basement floors not so good for garage parking. Paint comes up from wet tires sitting on it

The paint is runny and thin. The color has also changed from the can I has used five years ago.
