In order to avoid having to replace our existing valves...
In order to avoid having to replace our existing valves we had to stick with Delta and had to get a trim kit that would fit the older Delta Monitor 1400 series. My husband was able to replace the trip and handle fairly easily - the only thing that didn't work was the faucet trip sleeve, it wasn't long enough so we had to order a longer one. Once we get the longer trim sleeve - everything worked great! The stainless steel matches perfectly with our brushed nickel.
