it's fairly easy to replace existing delta faucet with this one. Installation is simple. I used silicone sealant to seal between faucet and the sink counter top. Faucet works just fine. I do wish it has a longer sprout and a longer handle, it just felt a bit short over all.

These faucets (I purchased two for my dual facebowls) are very affordable, easy to install and look good in my bathroom. They meet all my expectations.

Bought and installed this faucet to replace 25 year old faucet in our bathroom. The faucet works well. The aerator on the faucet makes lot of noise when you turn on the tap. Not sure why Delta decided to add noise to the design. I sincerely wish Delta would fix this horrible design fault.

This faucet's neck has 2 seams that run to the base. If water is splashed on these open seams, water is able to reach its' way into the base of the faucet and drip through to the cabinet below via the holes in the sink top. This happened to me when I removed the aerator to flush the lines. Delta should be more careful in their design... being able to visually see into the interior of the faucet was/is a dead giveaway of the design flaw. Without this flaw, I would have given the faucet 5 stars.

Have always purchased Delta faucets. Needed to replace 2, 37 year old Delta faucets on double bathroom sink. DO NOT FOLLW DIRECTIONS AND REMOVE AERATOR AND TURN ON SAME FAUCET TO RINSE IT. This faucet has aerator head inside faucet too far and water will run down back and flood underneath. If remove aerator , rinse it with another faucet. Someone at Delta made a very faulty faucet. Also, pop-up drain knob is at a hard to work with angle. Stopper that comes with faucet is cheap plastic and with a flimsy rubber seal. Go buy a better stopper. Still installed these faucets, but doubt they will last 37 years!

Looks good, fairly easy to install, had to modify the aerator before water would flow.

Cons: I just don't like the mounting hardware: the nuts that secure the fixture to the sink were small-ish, falling off a few times before I was able to tighten the nuts; it doesn’t have rubber horseshoe washer to protect against basin; and the drain assembly is plastic which only works with silicone. Pros: Delta has an excellent customer service. They promptly sent me a new OEM stem replacement after being informed about my dripping faucet. Since then, there is no leak and works fine. The feel and function of this quality faucet have been fantastic and the overall value is worth these minor hardware issues. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank the community participants, especially Mr. Sixpair for the most helpful advice.

I've had this for a while now but didn't get it installed till yesterday. Not only are we impressed but so was the plumber that was here for a different issue. We had him go ahead and install this one and the other one I had ordered for the other bathroom sink. This one is awesome to say the least. Since the sink is from the 70's I didn't have him install the new stopper part. The whole faucet stands up much taller than most and I made sure to get one with a taller and longer neck so I could actually clean all around it without banging my knuckles. This one also has the removable screen so we can clean out the rocks and debris that comes through the water lines. I love this faucet and wish I had gotten it 15 years ago!

I love this faucet, i used to buy those cheap $20 faucets and they were a pain to keep clean. This faucet is so easy to keep it sparkling clean. I got 2 of them and they work great. Simple yet good design. May not be for an elegan bathroom but would work for various bathroom styles.

I have always preferred Delta faucets and now I wonder if this was a quirk or a new quality standard. I bought three new bath sinks and three new Delta faucets. One faucet is fine. Another one kept losing water pressure and I removed the aerator and it was filled with black stuff. There must have been something inside the aerator after cleaning that caused low pressure. Bought a new aerator and the faucet works great. Went to remove the third aerator to check it since the faucet was not at full pressure and could not get the aerator to break free. Leaning down to look at the aerator, I noticed that it was installed at wrong angle like it had been forced in. I'm guessing the threads are stripped and will have to have a plumber check it out. What happened to years of great quality Delta? I'm over 70, so I'm not new to faucets.

Bought and installed over 10 of these in the past few months and every one has been very easy to install looks great and has worked excellent since day one. for the money I would highly recommend this product. Not the most expensive sink faucet on display but unless you plan on sitting there all day looking at it running you can't go wrong with the looks, the quality or the price.

The Delta Foundations faucet is an above-average quality fixture at a below-average cost. Overall, installation was easy and very straight forward, with two minor complaints. First, the nuts that secure the fixture to the sink were small-ish, which allowed the slotted washer (see photo) to fall off a few times before I was able to tighten the nuts (mostly due to my big hands). Second, water flows down through the body of the fixture when initially flushing it without the aerator. This can be mitigated by flushing the system after screwing in the aerator's cylindrical holder (but with the green aerator removed). Once that's done, you can put the aerator back in place and you're all set! The feel and function of the faucet have been fantastic and the overall value is worth these minor, installation issues.

In a DIY Bathroom up date of a 35 year old trailer bathroom, used a shower stall found online at Home Depot, combined with a new sink, all aspects of repair were focused on the ease of use of an aging elderly lady, the choice to use the Delta faucet was based on the handles which require no twisting which is difficult when older hands have arthritis. Installation was easy and the look is great.

This faucet was purchased to replace one we had installed last month. That one had a stopper that didn't fit under our sink. This new one fits perfectly and has the higher, longer faucet feature we wanted. Both were to replace the "one knob" type that was installed in the house back in the 90's.

We just installed 64 of these units in a hotel. They were easy to install and so far we have not had trouble with any of them. I am very pleased with this product.

This faucet looks great in the bathroom. And it was easy to install. I wish the water pressure was a little stronger though.

I only recommend the faucet. If you want a functional long lasting pop-up, skip using the included plastic pop-up drain stopper and spend an extra $25 for a one piece brushed nickel pop-up assembly that matches the brushed nickel look of this stainless steel model. Delta might do better (at least on the "go green side of business") if they provided an option for the consumer to buy the faucet without the pop-up assembly. I recently bought a shower faucet and it didn't include the drain, why should a sink faucet be so different?

Replaced a twenty yr old delta with this one, took about 20 minutes to install. Works and looks great

I don't know that you can do much better for the price point here. I usually prefer dual-handle faucets, but I loved the sleek look of this and it's so smooth and easy to use. My old bathroom faucet was an ugly single knob style, so this is a big upgrade in appearance. Very easy to install, looks fantastic, and easy to clean. Can't say about durability since it's only been in for about 10 days, but Delta is generally a good brand so I expect it to last.

Just installed the faucet and looks great. took about hour half. had to cut plastic drain tube not hard. wish it came with water hoses. Also the handles are very easy to turn, but do seem very flimzy. Overall very nice compared to old 1970 faucet we had.

Easy to install (2 days ago) and works well. The O-Ring style flow restrictor was annoying so I removed it. Otherwise we like it. We hope it continues to work well for years to come.

Bought a Delta because we had had good performance with Delta kitchen faucets in the past. When I finished installing it (per installation instructions), turned the water on, and operated it, it leaked water as bad as the old unit around the bottom of the handle. I had to completely disassemble it to find the problem. The tab on the left side of the nylon plate with a triangular opening was not in the notch for it. Very frustrating to buy new equipment and have to rebuild it.
