The purpose of this pump was to evacuate the water from the basin as low as possible (1.38”). The pump works well however I’m disappointed with the Switch-ON and Switch-Off water level height. The Specifications indicate Switch-ON height is 4.72” and the Switch-OFF height is 1.38”. The actual Switch-ON height is 6.4” and the Switch-OFF height is 3”. These are the actual water depth measurements after making all allowable adjustments. The water evacuation is ~3.25” of water.

It was defective and I returned it

Purchased one last year it lasted one year one month. I had to purchase the same product because of my plumbing. I wish the previous experience with the product would have lasted longer.

Install was simple no need to cut any pipes. Working like a charm

Seems ridiculous to rate a sump pump for occasional use in just over a week from purchase, but so far, it is doing what it's supposed to do. Not all parts were included and no guidance on what else was needed. I do not like the 1-year warranty, nor that for any repairs done under said warranty, I'd have to pay both shipping and labor. This suggests a lack of confidence in the quality of the product.

Excellent pump, very quiet. Sturdy and well built. Simple install.

This is a replacement model for the one that finally gave up the ghost after many, many reliable years. My only gripe is that the vertical lift on this new model is significantly less than the original, but still works for my particular installation. If this one lasts as long as the one it replaced, I'll be thrilled.

Worked as advertised. Easy DIY installation. Preinstalled checked valves are A+.

This pump was very straight forward to install and works as advertised at a reasonable cost.

Goog serviceable pump

It is a good product for the price. Very easy to install as a replacement. The only thing that needs improvement is the lack of confidence of a one year warranty. The pump was only installed this month and it's wait-and-see how long it will perform. As of this review, it meets my expectations.

Level trigger quit working 1 and a half year later. Do I need to say what happened?? Stay away at lease from this kind of level trigger models. It probably get affected by basement/french drain like setups.

Compact and powerful. Great value for the money.

Pump was easy to replace broken one. Vertical float switch works well. Needed to buy check valve separately.
