Converted to a cold plunge after sealing seems and adding an Inkbird aquarium thermostat. It’s perfect for me. 5’11, 157lbs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is working as intended. The casters are not even to the floor. The (2) center casters control the height. The (4) outboard casters are 3/8" off the floor. I used spacers to correct the situation. Is this normal?

I got this for myself for my birthday. I love the size, it works well, and the price was good. I only wish that as a disabled woman in a wheelchair, they would have put the wheels on it for me. Since I can do nothing about it alone, I cannot use it till I get someone put them on for me. Also, cord was too short to reach plug. Now I have to get an extension cord for it. I thought set up was going to be included with it. They didn't even plug it in.

The warranty is a scam! I've had this freezer for a year now and it's already broken. The lid is so long that the middle began to bow from being opened, which caused the seal to fail. So, now the freezer builds up frost throughout the whole thing. I filed a warranty claim, but after almost a month I'm told that the part is unavailable AND not covered under warranty. Their customer service is impossible to get ahold of and they don't help you in the end. Never buy Frigidaire.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Chilled quickly upon initial setup. It would be nice if there were dividers available for this unit. Our old freezer and them and it made it easier for separating items. The other issue was the seal on the lid didn't close all the way. At 1st I assumed it would correct itself once settled, however it did not. I put a flashlight in it and closed the lid ans you can see the light. Disappointed in that aspect. Have a service calling, waiting for appt.

We had an emergency at home; old freezer died and we had needed something quick after business hours, and Brett stayed there and helped my husband get a new freezer loaded into our truck. Freezer works excellent!!! Such a nice upgrade from our 30 yr old model that bit the dust.

Large capacity for one person. I probably wont need to shop the entire winter! I use it for meats, veggies, and homemade goods. Freezer was delivered unscathed, it came with key, paperwork, and a set of rollers for mobility. I have no complaints.

Exceeds expectation in features, quality, and capacity. Purchased to hold 300lbc of beef- with room to spare. The interior light is a plus and the locking feature for safety.

We are off the grid using strictly solar and wind. This model freezer is rated at a very low power consumption. It seems to be well built and does not waste space. The lid seals tight and is counter sprung for ease of use. It only uses about 70 watts of electricity when running. The down side is that it takes a very long time to freeze so it is best to load the freezer slowly or it will take days to freeze.

I was searching for a new chest freezer for the family home. Home depot had the best price and readily available for this particular freezer. So far this freezer has succeeded my expectations from the online purchase, home delivery and setup. Hopefully will have years of good service

The delivery guys had it on end. It has a large crease. Sent text to HD customer care. No response.

I’m very happy with the capacity of this chest freezer as it allows me to make more wine at home and keep it in a cool, cave like environment. It was easy to install and fit perfectly into the space in my garage. I buy this unit again in a heartbeat!

I've had it for a few years now and it is simply a great freezer. It does what its supposed to, the quality is solid, and I picked it up on sale for $450. Worth it. If you need a chest freezer, this is it.

FREEZER MADE IN CHINA; FRIGIDAIRE JUST SLAPS NAME ON IT. AFTER 3+ HRS ON HOLD DECIDED BUY ANOTHER FREEZER FIXED MINE. THUS FAR DELIVERY PPL 1ST HAD AN INCIDENT HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER WK. AND HAVE BEEN DELIVERED THREE DAMAGED FREEZERS THUS FAR. FRI GETTING ANOTHER. MINES COMING FROM A WAREHOUSE N. CHARLESTON, SC THEY'RE STACKED TO CEILING IN WAREHOUSE. NEVER THOUGHT I'D EXPERIENCE SUCH A HORROR STORY.

I have three of these and they are great in the basement and the garage. Two of the have a flickering light when the lid is bumped, but it works well. The oldest is five years old. I double stack large milk crates two deep to organize everything. It's close to the perfect size for fit.

Very nice freezer, it’s big and efficient. It has 6 wheels which makes it nice to be able to move around. I would definitely recommend. I have 2 friends with the exact same freezer.

It’s really pretty, fits perfectly in my garage and delivery and set up was a breeze!

The product is just what I wanted and instillation and haul off was excellent! However, I feel that if Home Depot does not have a product in stock it should be noted on their website and option to be put on a waitlist if an item is on backorder! I had to wait 4 weeks after being led to believe that my product would be delivered soon!

Had to replace a 15 year old chest freezer and found this one was highly rated and reasonably priced. Not sure if I will like the plastic bins over the old wire baskets that was in my old freezer. Added bonus with this Frigidaire was it came with casters.
